It was a very nice and comfortable room, with new furniture, comfy bed, very clean, nice bathroom with shower cabin (which is rare in Bulgaria). Everything was a big, nice surprise! Also, the ladies from the hotel were nice and friendly.

I liked everything: a very hospitable, warm and nice host, big clean rooms, all facilities included and very good breakfast. The villa is situated in a quiet area, with beautiful landscape, perfect for a good evening walk. I would surely love to come back.

Arbanasi serves only to provide an alternative base for visiting Veliko Tarnovo - owing to having several hotels with outdoor pools which Veliko Tarnovo lacks. The village is generally fairly derelict and virtually everything is in a poor state of repair - but Arbanasi does offer some fantastic views if your hotel is well situated.

It is an interesting village with houses made from rocks.

It is an interesting village with houses made from rocks. It is a quite place and it offers nice view over Veliko Tarnovo, which is very close. Also the food is very good, we ate at Bolyarsko Selo and we had a 5 stars dinner.

I liked the rooms but one was not the best.

I liked the rooms but one was not the best. TV was working on and off and the breakfast was too far to go to another building. I believe it could be cooked nicer as well and have a bit more choice. Only one coffee machine installed and when it got busy at the weekend it was very hard to get a hot drink and there was a long queue. Machine ran out of hot chocolate, could hardly find a table to sit to eat breakfast and it was not the best experience as the food ran out. I think there was a group of tourists, but they should have considered the capacity and the restaurant staff levels. The barbecue restaurant was nice, but there was no alcoholic drinks menu so I didn’t know how much the drinks cost. It wasn’t great value for money, but the food was delicious.

The room we got was right above the breakfast zone, so we had a lot of noise from the people and especially from the moving chairs/tables. However this room had a very beautiful terrace with an amazing view.

Great views into VK. Peaceful and lovely fresh air. Great restaurants around but also some bad ones. Especially out of season. Parking can be an issue at the weekends. The monastery is certainly worth a visit and a walk around. Lovely little town.

Arbanasi is a quiet place with beautiful nature, rich history and delicious traditional food. The beautiful painted churces and some traditional sweets such as kazan-dibi or künefe are not to be missed.

We were accomodated in a top floor suite. It was very spacious with 3 separate beds, and a bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and was included in the price. The Restaurants in the hotel complex were amazing with delicious food and reasonable prices. The Location is also a big plus as most rooms as well as the restaurants and hotel grounds are situated on an elevated surface and have an amazing panoramic vista of Tarnovo and its surroundings

Just an amazing place to stay in the beautiful village of Arbanasi. The staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel has 2 great restaurants and the atmosphere of the hotel is just so calm and relaxing. The outdoor swimming pool is located on a picturesque hill with fantastic views - ideal to spend the afternoon sunbathing. We would definitely come back.

The villa is beautifully furnished, the apartment was spacious, the terrace is large with a sofa and TV, there is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor of the villa (the prices are a bit high), the pool was clean and we were the only ones who used it during the 4 days.l
