Fab hotel located just off the seafront and within half hour drive of Brugge. Staff were great, facilities lovely, and breakfast was good. Loved the honesty bar and great vibes all round.

We’ve been here before couple of years ago and as we remembered it was again the best choice even for a night. We arrived to the hotel quite late with two kids and two dogs, receptionist we’re waiting for us with a little surprise for the dogs! I asked him ( I can’t remember his name) if we could get some food and of course he was prepared us some snacks. So all the staffs were extremely helpful, best breakfast in Europe and the comfiest mattress ever! Definitely we’ll be back!

The availability of a pool is a big advantage in the area, very good breakfast, but the best is the Akoté restaurant in the hotel, which is excellent.

Lovely little seaside resort, peaceful, with a well-maintained promenade and great little restaurants, including Regina and La Terrazza, where you always receive a warm welcome. Ideal for families, a relaxing stay between the dunes and the sea – a perfect holiday.

The location is perfect for a family with children but not for a long period, little space and much too small bathroom, you can only stand there with one person and if you want to dress the door has to be open for everyone

It was a nice town, but there weren't many places to have...

It was a nice town, but there weren't many places to have breakfast. There was a nice bar in the evening where you could have a drink and eat tapas. The courts are fine, but in some places there's little lighting.

Much quieter than in the larger seaside resorts. Restaurants and bars close quickly, so enjoying a drink on a terrace in the evening is impossible. Restaurants only offer one service per evening, so availability is limited.

We ended up in Westende because we wanted to go to...

We ended up in Westende because we wanted to go to Plopsaland and didn't mind the three-hour drive back and forth from Limburg. We also went to the beach a few times, and it was wonderful; it was nice and tidy, clean, and had a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We didn't visit Westende's boulevard, but we'll explore that next time.

A beautifully landscaped walking path between the dike and the dunes. A charming little village with everything you need. A great location for walking or cycling from Westende. There's also a wide selection of restaurants and terraces. A few nice beach bars. Fortunately, not too many. Not too crowded. An ideal seaside resort to relax and fully enjoy!

Me and my colleague were hosts in Tatiana’s B&B for three nights. She has been very kind with us during our stay, starting from our arrival and providing us delicious breakfasts, every day! The first night we had check in around 23.00 due to our late flight in Belgium, but she was there ready to welcome us. The house and my room were nice and I slept really comfy. This is also due to a very quiet and relaxing location. The property has also 2/3 available parkings slots, which is really comfortable. Recommended!

It was particularly comfortable to have an apartment, but with the facilities of a hotel (reception, swimming pool, common areas, option of breakfast, etc). My son enjoyed the playground! The storage for bikes was an advantage. The apartment was nice, clean, and it had almost everything you need for a short stay The location was interesting, close to Westende (700 mtrs walking + one tram station to Westende beach) but in a peaceful area. The late check out (until 13:00) was only 20 eur extra.

The apartment is exactly like the pictures. It's amazing how much effort was put in the decoration and in making it feel like home. The apartment is located in the most quiet corner of Westende, which is ideal if you just want to go for a walk, relax and enjoy the beach. Everything you might need is there (rituals bath products, linnen, coffee, cooking supplies...) - it's the perfect location to be worry-free.

Escargot is a lovely modern house, ideally located just a few minutes walk from the beach and only 20 minutes stroll from the shops and restaurants on the promenade at Westende. The house was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed for our new year break. Bert is a great host who met us to allow early access to the house and make sure we were comfortable. An excellent holiday house.
