Nice, recently refurbished countryside hotel. Room and bathroom were much bigger and better than I maybe expected from a countryside hotel. Bed was practically new. Fridge, water kettle and microwave were nice surprises. Staff is excellent. Breakfast was served by owner himself, I have never seen such dedication before :-) Room was quiet, even though restaurant was very busy. Really good value for money!

We had a wonderful stay at "Het Meikenshof"! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Hilde and Dirk were extremely kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, and well-equipped apartment. It’s very quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. While Tielt is a small town, having a car makes it easy to visit many beautiful places in Belgium, such as Bruges, Ghent, and Antwerp. The owner was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and responsive—we asked for a bed for our child, and it was kindly provided without any trouble. Supermarkets and free parking are conveniently close by, which made our stay even more comfortable.

Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Modern and spacious. Lovely outdoor space. Immaculately clean and tidy. Lovely toiletries, slippers and dressing gowns provided. Like a luxurious hotel and right in the centre of beautiful Tielt with all amenities in short walking distance. All within a beautiful, historic building.

A very pleasant hotel about 1km from the centre of Tielt with its medieval buildings. The hotel is close to the ring road and appears to mainly cater to business travellers. That said it was comfortable, the staff exceptional and the food brilliant! I'd stay again.
