Always a great stay at the Hoxton! Sara at the reception is super friendly and welcoming and has become a familiar face during all my stays. The restaurant serves very tasty Peruvian food including a copious breakfast. And the rooms are nice and roomy with great views over Brussels. Location is central just 5 min walk from Brussels North translation.

The location was very good, a calm neighbourhood , we managed to find a parking space on the street. The hotel has many interesting pieces of art, and has a tranquil atmosphere. Breakfast was very good, especially the eggs. Happy to stay there again.

It was central to all that we wanted to see and do.

It was central to all that we wanted to see and do. Having a car is important, it makes getting around easier. We did take a hop on hop off bus, as we do in most cities so that it will help us to know more of the history as well saving us a lot of walking. At our ages 77 & 72 walking all day isn't easy. In one day in Bruges, we visited the Grote Markt (Market Square) where we ate lunch, where my husband wanted to try climbing the Belfry tower [366 stairs]but the tickets were sold out and we explored Burg Square and its landmarks. Wish we had taken a canal cruise. For fun we visited the Bruges museum in virtual reality. We ate at several restaurants and found the food very good. For us the Thai restaurant was the best.

Beds. Easy to find though not easily explained about how to get to it travelling into Brussels direction. Reception guy helpful but we saw first hand how bad your customer service staff are in the phone as even the hotel guy was baffled by their idiocy.

Lovely hotel for a stop over, easy to find. The restaurant was full but there are 2 restaurants close by. We didnt have breakfast as there is an Aldi next door and a Pasticcheria across the road. The room was very comfortable.
