The staff is super friendly. I had a very early check out time to catch a flight. The staff made me a breakfast to take with me on the train. It was very thoughtful of them.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel – it exceeded all my expectations! What impressed me the most was the stunning interior design. Every detail, from the elegant furniture to the thoughtfully chosen colors and lighting, created a warm and luxurious atmosphere. It truly felt like staying in a boutique gallery. What also made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Located close to shops and river in an attractive town. Apartment was very well appointed and had everything we needed and more, including water, juice and tea, coffee. The host, Stephanie was very welcoming and was at hand to help whenever needed. The offers to deliver breakfast for us was not needed as the bakery was so close (tokens provided by the host), but was a great touch. She also advised and supported us with accessing parking tickets when we were away for the day, leaving the car behind. There is a fully comprehensive booklet explaining how all the appliances work, where to park, etc. All has been considered to make your stay easy.

We only stayed one night but we loved this apartment. Communication from the hosts was great, instructions were clear and we had no problem finding it and getting into the property. We found a parking space right outside which was not difficult and parking was really cheap. There was milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived plus a choice of tea and coffee and a dolce gusto coffee machine. We didn't take advantage of it but the breakfast vouchers included are very generous and a really lovely touch. The apartment has air-con which worked great, the beds were comfy and the shower is really powerful and there was plenty of hot water. Am only a bit sad we didn't stay longer! Tournai is a lovely place and we found everyone to be exceptionally friendly.
