Everything was perfect, location is central and quite, the room and bathroom were very clean, good shower and fast WiFi. I had an excellent stay. The reception staff could not find my reservation at check in, so they gave me a free upgrade to the presidential suite. They made sure nothing was missing and took care of every detail - in particular Mr Jakir Hussain from the Housekeeping Department was always available to ensure everything was perfect, and really made a difference. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, and the hotel has an incredible infinity pool and restaurant with views over Sylhet. The hotel staff were further helpful in arranging transportation around the area. I could not recommend it more to anyone visiting Sylhet!
