A peaceful retreat in nature – highly recommended! We had a truly wonderful stay at Retro Village Ravne. In the mornings, we woke up to the peaceful sounds of birdsong and the beauty of untouched nature all around us. There’s a lovely outdoor area where you can prepare and enjoy tea or coffee while soaking in the fresh air. One of the biggest highlights is that the famous Ravne Tunnels are just a short walk away – perfect for those who feel energetically connected to the place or want to meditate inside the tunnels. The location is ideal if you’re looking for peace, nature, and spiritual depth. We arrived very late in the evening, but everything went smoothly. Parking is available right at the entrance, which made our arrival super easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Ajla, the kind and helpful host. She was always available via WhatsApp and supported us with any questions or needs – no matter the time. Her warmth and care really made a difference. We truly felt at home and are already looking forward to coming back!

This place grabbed us by the heart. A beautiful wooden hut above the town with an amazing view of the pyramid. Everything was clean. The place is really very energetic, you can have challenging dreams and clear family/partner´s relationships here :) For dog lovers - there is a dog family living across the driveway gate - a female and 3 puppies. The female is very friendly, grateful for a cuddle and a feed. The female accompanied us on the challenging climb up the pyramid of the moon (we walked up the steeper muddy path on the other side of the pyramid than the main access road). Like most stray dogs in Bosnia, she is not in the best of shape...:( Unfortunately it was not in our power to help all the stray dogs in Bosnia. Therefore, whoever will be in this accommodation and is a dog lover - buy the dog family at least a couple of cans.

The apartment is very spacious, modern, well equipped for a short stay and the host is very responsive and willing to help. Everything was perfectly clean and Ema turned on the heating for us before we arrived, so we were welcomed into a warm place. The bedsheets were freshly washed and smelled amazing.

It’s a small oasis, and the perfect place to relax and unwind. It’s like a small piece of Thailand in the middle of Bosnia. A very relaxed and welcoming g atmosphere. Elvis is a great host and does everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We regretted only having booed one night. Very recommend

Park and tunnels Ravne 2 (including the pyramids) are excellent experience for adventurists and real archeologic and historic researchers, and they are more than ordinary tourist attractions! Nice place to stay and rest! It's unbelievable how these incredible objects are not sufficiently understood by the scientific world!

It is a very private place.

It is a very private place. For us it was the perfect spot for our time in Visoko. In the middle of nature, walking distance to the top of the pyramid and just a little drive to the center of the town.

We visited Visoko to visit the Bosnian pyramids - RAVNE 2...

We visited Visoko to visit the Bosnian pyramids - RAVNE 2 tunnels. In Visoko, we found extremely friendly people, starting with the host, similar to such people on the street, shops and restaurants. Everyone is very willing to help visitors.

I visited the Pyramid of the Sun and the tunnels in Ravne.

I visited the Pyramid of the Sun and the tunnels in Ravne. The both place are worth seeing. I had lunch in a pizzeria on the center of the town near the river – the meal was great. In the evening I had a couple of beer (Sarajevo) in a pub in the Mule Hodžića street. I didn´t used public transport I walked. I recommend to avoid walking in the heated streets.

I have been to several cities here in Bosnia on this trip, and Visoko by far was the most grounded and authentic place I have been in. The energy here is alive and every person, without exception, has been kind to me. (I also recommend getting any shoe repairs done here at the shop across the bridge from the library - Very fast, quality service and affordable!)

If you are interested in pyramids, history and energetic...

If you are interested in pyramids, history and energetic points it's a must. Park Ravne is lovely, the tunnels interesting. The access to the tops of pyramids could be much better. The town is nice along the river but should be cleaner. However, the focus of my trip were the pyramids and tunnels with park so I didn't spend much time in the center of town.
