The staff in this hotel is so amazing and friendly that my whole positive experience about this hotel is built on my positive impression about their staff (reception desk, cleaning ladies, staff in the restaurant). Everyone was always friendly, smiling, helpful. Hotel is located close to big shopping mall with a lot of shops and taxi to city centrum is super cheap and the ride takes only 5-10 minutes. Breakfast is also nice, I liked traditional decoration of their restaurant. I previously booked another hotel in the same city Hotel Tuzla and they have cancelled my reservation 1.5 days before my actual arrival (I initially booked this hotel few months in advance). As I only had 1 day to find hotel Hotel Dorrah was the only one with rooms available so I did not have many expectations. But they really positively surprised me and I think after staying with them I felt lucky that my previous hotel got canceled.

I stayed here for two nights and I was very satisfied. The location is perfect to explore Tuzla. It is right in the center and everything is just a short walk away. Room was spacious and clean, Bed was comfy. Wifi worked well and breakfast is good - even freshly made omlets are served. And they offer real Orange Juice (not the waterly one which I got in other Hotels in this region). The best is the owner, who is very kind and caring. As I unfortunatelly had some knee problems and I said I intend to visit the Museum of East Bosnia, she called the museum if it is open. It turned out, that they are closed and the phone call of the hotel's owner saved me from limping to the museum for nothing. And as my taxi for the transfer to the airport have been a bit late on departure, she offered to call the taxi driver asking him, if he is on the way. Great service.

if you decide to stay in this apartment, it will be the right decision :) For a reasonable price, a nice and neat apartment with everything you could need will be waiting for you. I also really want to mention the owner of the apartment, despite the fact that we rented it only for one night, he was extremely hospitable and sympathetic and kind to us. The apartment is located in the city center in the newest building and as a bonus, the balcony offers a cool view of the city.

Amazing city. It's very easy to get around without a car, very walkable. The prices are even cheaper than in Sarajevo, and the nightlife is incredible. Amazing food and beautiful places to see. The saltwater lakes are a must!

You can hike along the surrounded mountains and have a beautiful view to the city; You can find many different restaurants in the center, the one I like most is hukic pekara (founded in 1890) who bakes the delicious bread from "charcoal" oven; No direct bus from the airport to the city; No clear bike or walking way on the main roads; Buy a 15GB/5Days simcard for mobile internet with 4 KAMs in the airport once arrival.

Panonica lakes, perfect people, rich history.

Panonica lakes, perfect people, rich history. My hometown recommendable for everyone to visit. Food is good everywhere, especially in Pivnica/Taverna and Limenka. Tuzla is easy to get around and people are helpful.

The apartment was easy to find, very big and comfortable. There is free parking nearby, within walking distance there is a supermarket (2 min) and a bus stop (5 min). The city center is also very close by. The owner Emil and his son Kenan were extremely friendly and super helpful. Just lovely people who invited us for a bosnian coffee and interesting and funny conversations with great storys being shared. The whole stay was absolutely wholesome and we can sincerly recommend staying there!

It’s been my second time in Apartment Victoria and I can only say that this is a perfect place to stay in Tuzla! So clean, very well located and amazing contact with owner. As you will take the benefit of being in the heart of the city you might take into considaration that there is a parking payed area from Monday to Saturday, between 7 am and 10 pm. One hour costs 2 KM, full day 6 KM.

Everything was really surprisingly amazing. The hotel looks like a small house from outside, however it was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Staff absolutely friendly. I enjoyed.
