This apartment was absolutely wonderful! Impeccably clean – truly meeting the highest standards of cleanliness. The space is modern, bright, fully equipped, and incredibly cozy. We especially loved the beautiful loggia – perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient, and the facilities had everything we could possibly need. The host was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming – it really made the stay feel personal and cared for. It was without a doubt excellent value for money – every cent well spent. We left with great impressions and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Well, Modrica is the town where we stayed overnight on our way to Montenegro. It's located about halfway there, so we decided to rest. It's a pleasant little town, but nothing special really stands out.

We found the town and the area around Modriça dreadful.

We found the town and the area around Modriça dreadful. Very bleak and absolutely nothing beautiful to discover. Everywhere you see houses with bullet holes and bombed-out buildings. Our stay was very depressing.

We used the apartment on our way further south there and...

We used the apartment on our way further south there and back. We were completely satisfied. Coffee, tea, chilled alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the fridge, small snacks on the table. Also available are cosmetics (including toothpaste, hairspray, shaving supplies, creams...), hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, bathrobes, slippers. Possibility of sitting on the balcony. Very nice and pleasant apartment.
