Welcoming and kind hotel team, excellent customer service. Very clean and brand new facilities. The only thing missing is room service we really missed coffee in the room however downstairs coffee shop is lovely to sit and enjoy.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Excellent restaurant recommendation just round corner by river, very helpful printing out boarding passes and arranging taxi to bus station. Bed/pillow most comfortable from 4 hotels visited across Slovenia, Croatia, Republika Srpska. Excellent buffet breakfast much exceeding expectation, very well presented and pleasant, modern eating area.
