The hotel surprised me with the standard that they keep. From the initial check in all the way through the stay and the checkout, the place was amazing. The rooms rival any 5 star hotel in the west (Australia in particular as that's where I am from). The breakfast was great, clean sheets amazing view of the surrounding hills, mountains and the river that runs besides the hotel. They offer a spa and swimming pool which I did not use but did inspect and again it does not disappoint, excellence! All you could ask for in Sarajevo, highly recommended for solo travelers and families. Close to local shopping centres and amenities. The Hotrl Cafe and Restaurants in house offer everything you could wish for and crave. Room service is a little pricey but not a rip off. Rooms have mini bars and safes. Next time I am in Bosnia with the family, I will most definitely try to stay here again.

Highly recommend hotel,in Khalja with a stunning greeny landscape hotel. Manager Mr. Yasmin made our dream come true to celebrate our baby one year old birthday party by making full arrangements from a unique delicious cake to baloons and other party arrangements. It was such a memorial event. Also ,he upgraded the room for a bigger size room and with an amazing view. He made our travel to Sarajevo a memorial, and we extended to stay longer and definitely will keep visiting them soon. I absolutely loved this property. Everything was already provided with no need to request anything extra. Dinner was especially pleasant and Anis was very attentive to our every need. The view from the top floor balcony was incredible. There was plenty of hot water in the showers which is always a plus! The beds were super comfy and I got the best night's sleep. There was a full kitchen equipped with all the supplies needed for cooking. The living room had a huge picturesque window overlooking the entire city. What more could you ask for?

Passing through for one night, we had early check in. We booked the VIP suite and it was great, free water, fruit and sweets left out for us and the mini bar was stocked with non alcoholic drinks. They made up a sofa bed for my son and I had the seperate bedroom. Shower was fine and the living area was fantastic, TV received all foreign channels in all languages. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and place was very clean. The breakfast was fine for us, cereals, toast, sweet things and coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff to help us. The price for what we had was very cheap when compared to the UK An added extra was the toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, cotton buds, shower caps, they thought of everything
