Lovely little hut with warm showers! Izzet and his wife were wonderful hosts. We shared a delicious dinner with the family. Izzet is also a mountain guide with lots of experience and he helped us plan our hiking.

My trip to Xinaliq, Azerbaijan was a truly amazing and unforgettable experience. The hospitality, especially from our host Kamal, was exceptional. He not only provided a warm and welcoming place to stay but also enriched our visit by personally guiding us on a trekking adventure. Kamal led us on a hike through the breathtaking mountains to a beautiful waterfall, making the experience feel authentic and personal. His knowledge of the area and his genuine kindness made the entire experience all the more special. For anyone who loves nature and wants to feel the raw experience of Azerbaijani food and culture, Kamal's hospitality is a reason alone to visit this incredible place. ​The journey to Xinaliq from Baku is a four-hour drive, filled with amazing scenery along the way. To make the most of it, I highly recommend starting the journey in the morning to fully enjoy the views. Then, you can spend the night at Kamal's house and begin your trek to the waterfall in the early morning.

Really beautiful location in the mountains. The owners' daughter was a delight and she kept me company playing in the evening and morning. Wifi worked well. Pickup to and from Quba was 40 manat each way about 2 hrs. Delicious dinner every night 10 manat and they provided vegi option; rice, fries, salad, lentil soup, bread, fried veggies. The 2 rooms have a big dining table inside so you can eat dinner inside your room. There is only a squat toilet outside and one outdoor sink to wash your hands. No proper bathroom indoors. But it's fine for 2 days and most of the bathrooms in the village are like this. The building from the photos was being repaired so the rooms were not like the photos. They said the other building is much more comfortable with a proper toilet and shower. This building isn't where it shows on google maps; it's up the road. When the other house is open, it should be much more comfortable.

The location is just something out of a movie. Beautiful hotel, nice warm outdoor swimming pool. The staff is really helpful and nice. Carpark valet. Edgar is most of the time a joker. Breakfast was good for Azerbaijani standards. The restaurant is expensive but good food.

Zirve Hotel Shahdag is located in the picturesque mountain resort of Shahdag. It features its own ski school and convenient access to the slopes. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.

Excellent hotel. Everything was perfect. It’s a 3 star hotel but for us it deserves 4 stars. Father checking in we got complimentary use of the spa. Free zipline and skilift 3 for free. Staff very helpful and nice. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Even though the staff works day and night, they are always smiling and extremely helpful. Ruslan took an amazing care of us, always available, always asked if we needed anything. The rooms are large enough, very clean and well equipped. In addition, the restaurant is very cozy and the food is so delicious that we decided to have dinner there both nights. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will surely come back again.
