I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well organized. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of options. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the service was excellent. I had an exceptional experience I had during my stay at Arena hotel. We had warm welcome and efficiency of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, thank you for the upgrade to the Olympics building.the hotel is immaculate cleanliness, which is especially important to me. The room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were thoughtful and of high quality, making my stay comfortable and convenient. Thanks for the outstanding service provided by the staff members (Farid and the girls on the reception). Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping staff, was incredibly courteous and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a genuine smile. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience at the restaurant, the food was delicious, and the service was impeccable, prices is cheaperthan the restaurant outside. I look forward to returning in the future and will not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends and family.
