Even though the staff works day and night, they are always smiling and extremely helpful. Ruslan took an amazing care of us, always available, always asked if we needed anything. The rooms are large enough, very clean and well equipped. In addition, the restaurant is very cozy and the food is so delicious that we decided to have dinner there both nights. Thank you for this very pleasant stay, we will surely come back again.

A world class 4 star hotel. I think this one of the best hotel in Azerbaijan. We stayed here in late April, so the skiing season was already over but we enjoyed the beautiful spring scenery of these majestic mountains. We hiked from the nearby village of Kuzun to the village of Laza : just wonderful (the hotel can arrange a taxi to get back). The hotel itself is new, huge, and perfectly maintened, as for the rooms. The spa and the indoor pool are fantastic. Turkish bath and sauna are gender separated, so remember to book the 1 hour VIP Spa if you want to enjoy it in privacy with your partner or your friends. The restaurant and the breakfast were both super !

Have been here many times mainly for the skiing, but also in the summer when it is slightly cooler than Baku where I live. Price was a bit high this time due to skiing season peak, normally less than half the price, and I booked it late. Can't think of anything bad about the place!
