Location is Amazing. Staffs were very polite and helpful. They replied to all the queries very patiently. Indoor pool was good there was a hot jacuzzi as well. There is enough games for the kids and they offer different free activities. Very very clean rooms.

We loved everything about the hotel! The views were simply breathtaking—waking up to them in such a luxurious and comfortable setting was an absolute treat. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with all the usual amenities provided. We didn’t have to call or request any missing items, which made the stay seamless. It was a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing experience. Breakfast was amazing. Amazing spread of delicious food. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive throughout our stay. Very clean, comfortable, spacious room. Welcoming, friendly staff both in the hotel and restaurant. Pleasant hotel grounds and nicely decorated restaurant. Excellent evening meal, good breakfast. Great indoor swimming pool (although I didn’t use it as I was only staying 1 night).

Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly, and the service was very fast..we took a chalet and everything was available in the kitchen. When we asked for bread, they gave it to us for free, and also sugar, they gave it to us in a large amount to make tea, and they provided us with firewood for heating … Thank you for your kind welcome to us, and we will come back again 🙏

We loved our stay: the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was huge, homemade, and delicious. The owner and his family are very kind and helpful. It is a pity that we booked only 1 night! It was amazing to wake up with the snow around us, in such a magical landscape. We definitely recommend Sultan Makan!

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It had a private entrance, which was definitely a big plus for us. The hotel provided tea, bottled water, and all the necessary toiletries, which added to the comfort. One of the highlights was that the hotel is located within a large Olympic sports complex. The price included access to tennis courts and swimming pools. We tried the pool — it was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with convenient changing rooms. Everything was just great. Our rate also included breakfast, which was both traditional and varied — we loved the kaymak, olives, cottage cheese, local cheeses, and freshly made omelet. Everything was fresh and delicious. We are truly grateful for the warm hospitality and highly recommend this place!
