Loved how big the property was so there was room for everyone rather than all being crapped in a lounge area. Beds were comfy, water pressure was amazing. Duct system to keep the house nice and warm. Big kitchen to cater to everyone. They already had laundry powder, dish wash liquid and all the little things some places do not cater to. Neighbours are friendly. Lovely area. Would definitely stay here again when visiting our family.

Rossalina was the perfect host, very friendly and welcoming, and respectful of privacy. You have your own secure entry to a very cosy and beautifully presented relaxing space. The bed looks out to a view of the ocean in the distance, there is a fridge and utensils to eat and drink from (bonus is that Rossalina will wash and return your dirty dishes, a nice touch), a lovely sitting area where you read and relax, a treadmill is available if you’re feeling particularly energetic, the bathroom had a large shower and separate toilet, and big luxurious bath sheets. The whole place was spotlessly clean and a pleasure to stay in. Location perfect too, being walking distance to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Walking distance as well to the Quinns Rocks parkrun, the reason I stayed here. Thank you Rossalina 🤩

Modern and well appointed villa close to Burns Beach. Loved the different spaces to relax: pool area, outdoor kitchen and cinema room. Has everything you need for a group trip. Owners were prompt at communicating. Overall we had a great stay.

Clean rooms, clean linen. Provided everything we needed for our stay, the snacks and condiments were a really nice touch :) Quiet. Easy to communicate with the property owners. Water pressure in the shower was lovely, bed was comfortable.
