The staff and hotel are absolutely amazing!!! Had issues with a clogged toilet halfway through our stay. Staff upgraded us into a bigger room without any issues or charges. STAFF - Very friendly, understanding, and communication was spot on. They went above and beyond to help with our situations. ROOM - Modern, big and fresh. Bedding was so comfortable! Air-conditioning and heating worked great! Coffee/ pod machine in the room. The shower was nice and big, warmed up quickly. No outside noise coming in. The balcony was nice and big, overlooked the city. Nice touch was the mini bar! Reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying at the Alba. We will be back for sure!

An excellent value for money hotel right in the middle of the Adelaide CBD. My room was superbly clean, tidy, and well equipped. The bed was also very comfortable! I had a small "kitchenette", complete with microwave and sink, along with some basic bowls, plates and dishes, a decent sized fridge, kettle and coffee machine (with selection of pods). There was a 2 seater couch and coffee table in a "lounge" area and even a small single breakfast bar with stool, next to the kitchen area. The TV was on a versatile mount, and could be moved to be viewed either from the couch or the bed, depending on your preference. My room also had very nice views over the city looking east towards the Mount Lofty ranges (see photo). The two lifts were very fast and I don't recall once having to wait longer than 10 seconds for one to arrive despite being on the 7th floor. Being able to enter the hotel on foot off King William Street, or from the rear off Tom's Court, was also handy, depending on where in the city you were headed (or coming back from). I pre-booked and utilised the hotel's nearby car park (about 5 minutes walk from the hotel) for a reasonable extra fee and found this very convenient as I could come and go in the car throughout my 2 night stay, as I pleased. Shout out to Daniel on the front desk for his warm and friendly welcome too!

The view from the room was awesome. The room was quite big and very clean. The bathroom could have an update but it was quite ok. The staff was friendly. They offer some amenities like water or free TimTams. We really liked our stay here. The beds are very comfortable!
