Great location by the water. Good walks locally. Friendly community feel. Clean and presentable accomodation. Cozy bathroom and shower. We has a great time at night by the firepit and it was a quiet street. The main bed was very comfortable. If staying as a group, the fold out bed was comfortable enough to sleep on and theres extra blankets to thicken up the sleeping surface too.

For a last minute booking, I was really surprised at how affordable the prices were at the time. Which was an absolute beauty! Upon arrival, check in was such a fast and easy process. The resort itself is nice and quiet, location was really convenient for the purpose of my trip. The views surrounding the resort were breathtaking! The staff were friendly, easy going and helped in every way possible. I stayed in a three bedroom apartment, for three nights. From the rooms, to the kitchen to the bathroom it was all beautiful. The kitchen had the essentials, the bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were a decent size. I had no problems, definitely would book to stay again!

I checked out a week ago , went in to see about the return...

I checked out a week ago , went in to see about the return of my deposit, the day after check outthe manager said he had my details, stopped by numerous times within the week ,only to find that no one is at reception in business hours ,finally spoke with the manager after a week and he in forms me that the dishes was dirty and the rubbish bin had rubbish in it , and I'd be losing the deposit, the fact that he has made no effort in contacting me,in relation to this. Still waiting on the photos " how long does it take to photo shop and edit a time stamp on a photo "? Shifty guilty of being sneaky not to mention thoese 2 minor things hardly warrants the deposit being kept, And from what I've heard this is a song that has been played many times before. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Toukley is a wonderful location.

Toukley is a wonderful location. The Lakes Hotel used to be under a lovely management with great customer care from recollections from Great Britain. Unfortunately now under care of Greenwhich Inn management a chain of management and were rude and dismissive and this is a great location and the facilities have the potential to be really good but the unfriendly and money driven management style and lack of customer care makes it an unpleasant experience. The budget rooms near the office is like living in a dark garage and are noisy.

Toukley was very relaxed, people were friendly, and so many facilities or venues were close by and walking distance from the Toukley Motor Inn. The staff were very accommodating and the experience was great in general. I would happily stay again at TMI and visit the beaches around the Toukley area. Westfield's is within 30 minutes drive, beaches within 5 minutes, and can walk to almost anything else to have a fun day/night with friends or family.

It was a last minute booking but could not have been better. It ticked all the boxes for us. We did a lot of our own cooking in the unit plus we used the BBQ. We mostly wanted to relax & it was pefect & very quiet.

We had a horse racing at Wyong and looked for convenient...

We had a horse racing at Wyong and looked for convenient comfortable affordable accommodation. The weather was windy, cold, wet and miserable in Jan which is not normal. In decent weather it would be a great place to stay with kids so long as you have a SMALL vehicle and you don’t move it.

A lovely house with terrific views from the living space and deck over Budgewoi Lake. Whilst the house is not grand, the house is comfortable and clean. The kitchen facilities are generous and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return to this house as it is a short walk to Main St. and to the Beachcomber hotel.

The heated pool was incredible and the spa was like a nice hot bath. There was also a steam room and sauna! The hotel is close to everything and the staff were lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel by the lake was gorgeous. We will be back.
