The location & The Resort itself was great.

The location & The Resort itself was great. We had a meal at the restaurant which was fantastic. The apartment was the total opposite as described above. When we contacted Rachael regarding no hairdryer, milk, tea or coffee her reply was no milk coffee or hairdryer supplied although sometimes the previous guests sometimes leave milk etc. which would be left in the fridge! I would definitely not book there through Air BNB again.

It was a pleacent stay at this property. More cleaned rooms with beautiful views outside and from the balcony. All inside facility and quality furniture set up at the lounges was more money worthy. The San Remo town centre was attractive and close with the property.

Convenient location for Philip Island events.

Convenient location for Philip Island events. Friendly and enjoyable venue at San Remo Hotel. Good choice for meals in Sanny. We were fortunate with perfect weather for the week. Drive from Melbourne was easy.

San Remo is a thriving little town with good shops and good...

San Remo is a thriving little town with good shops and good choice of restaurants and bars. The parking is great for a short stay but gets very busy especially around noon when the pelicans are fed at the waterfront. Great kids play area on the main street too. Traffic is a bit of a nightmare. It's busy and people drive too fast. Turning right onto the main highway from the main street or accommodation on that side is very challenging. We ate breakfast at Bean'd. It was delicious but as it seemed the only place that served breakfast (apart from the usual Bakehouse pastry fayre) it was extremely busy and getting a table took a bit of time.

I would NOT recommend this resort, our room was so awful, dirty carpet, chipped glass top on the sideboard. Dirty crockery for tea making. Walls were very in need of repainting. RUSTY OLD IRON, SQUASHED BUGS ON THE ROLLER BLINDS, DIRTY AC UNIT -(MOULD ) & PLUG & Chrome Waste MISSING FROM THE SINK. Dreadful - if we had not been going to a Wedding at 5pm that day I would have checked out. Room 307 needs a serious refurbishment.

The accommodation was well equipped - for example - power boards with USB A + C. Beds were comfortable. nice bathroom towels. Even though we did not use them, there are nice outdoor areas. Close to all the facilities in San Remo.
