The hotel was very nice and the room opened out onto a lovely wrap around balcony. Dinner was very nice too. And I could leave my bags there after check out and use the balcony to relax as well. Staff were very nice and Jessica is a star! (Works hard!)

I was passing though on my travel through to Emerald, so I didn't get to see or do a lot, but I will be travelling back through in a week or so, and I'll definitely be doing some exploring of the local area!

We only stayed the night as we were on our way home .

We only stayed the night as we were on our way home . We picked up Red Rooster Meal before checking into the Motel , so we didn’t need to leave the motel until next morning. We had our puppies with us , They gave us a room upstairs but it was the last room available but we would have preferred a room ground level to make it easier to walk the dogs .

Ok for work travel for one night if you eating out. We booked it as self catering and were very disappointed in the kitchen facilities which let it down badly. The fridge froze all our food even after turning it right down and the safe was broken. Disappointing.

We love Rockhampton and have been many times before.

We love Rockhampton and have been many times before. It has one of the Best Gluten Free Bakeries we have been to. Called Artizan Gluten Free Bakery, we made sure to get there before it closed on the Saturday as it is closed on Sundays.

We both grew up in Rockhampton and so our 2 days there was spent visiting family and friends. Did notice that Yeppoon isn't the quiet little town it once was and happy to see the big improvements both in Yeppoon itself and also the state of the road from Rockhampton to Yeppoon.

So much to see and great area to go from to visit Emu Park...

So much to see and great area to go from to visit Emu Park and go on to Yeppoon as a day trip. The Gardens, the zoo , the crocodile park all within a very easy drive from the motel. Great shopping complex and Spot light etc A walk along the Fitzroy river and a coffee and one of the cafes - really relaxed for older visitors.

The staff were welcoming and very accomodating despite being extremely busy with social events at the motel. We were looked after very well. I will only rate places if they exceed my expectations and this hotel/motel did just that. This is my new go to place when I stay in Rockhampton. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a lovely motel on the riverside and very close to the centre of Rockhampton. The rooms are clean and spacious and the staff helpful at all times. They also run a good restaurant on their patio which serves good food. Its in an excellent location from where to explore Rockie.
