The check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Location was also perfect as it's near the pier and cafes. It's also a very clean motel with great amenities - WiFi connection was excellent. But what I loved most about our stay was their personalised greeting (even though we didn't meet them in-person!). My husband and I celebrated his birthday at the Lemon Tree Passage Motel. They were so kind to give us Ferrero Rocher chocolates and a birthday card. Thank you, Jason and Lilian for a wonderful experience at the motel. We'll definitely come back and stay here again!

The location was perfect, we wanted somewhere secluded but not completely isolated. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed with the right amount of space. There were very clear directions/instructions sent to me and also in hardcopy at the property, which made things much easier. The host, Vivian, was super nice and very responsive throughout the stay! I recommend this getaway for anyone who wants a peaceful and fun time with friends or family :)

The resort is very well maintained, with lots of beautiful greenery all around. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the cottages are well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place – 100% worth it!
