We liked everything, from our warm welcome from Michelle, Laurie and Buck, to our accommodation, beds, room, kitchenette facilities and decor, to tropical feel in and around seating spaces, the pool, cabanas and lounges. This was all finished with the most impressive kitchen building that is set up for every family and/or traveller to utilise for self-preparing and/or cooking and eating meals. This kitchen contains every kitchen electrical appliance you can imagine, fridge, freezer, glass cabinet with honesty box for soft drinks, juices, water etc plus full cutlery, plates, cups, saucepans and pans. Plenty of tables and chairs, games, books and TV all overlooking the pool. The Mulwala Resort was handy to clubs, the bridge and the beautiful parks around the lake. Finally our sincere thanks to Michelle, Laurie and Buck for providing the fabulous family feel from the moment we arrived. My friend and I have no hesitation to pass on our recommendations to spend time at Mulwala Resort!!. Thankyou.

Comfortable bed and pillows, lovely soft sheets. Face washers and towels were good quality. Very well equipped and clean in a quiet location. Very hot day when we stayed and Gemma had the air conditioning turned on for us so was lovely to enter a cool space. A couple of cold beers in the fridge was an unexpected extra. Very friendly and communicative host. The whole deal was fantastic value for money and would highly recommend this place for anyone.

I chose Lake Mulwala hotel for it's proximity to the lake & the Ski club & because I had a tight budget so I didn't expect much but it was perfect as a base to set up & return to for a shower & sleep. The room was perfect, everything you needed & the big thing for me was the comfortable bed. I'll be back.👍🏻

Yarrawonga, on the Victorian side of the bridge, is the main commercial center of the area. Many Pubs, Take-Away shops and Cafes with most of the "Majors" also represented in town. Best value place to eat and drink is Club Mulwala (particulalrly if you become a Social Member for $5.00); The most expensive and disappointing place we found, was the Criterion Hotel; $17.50 for a 250ml 'House Wine' is the most we have paid anywhere in regional Victoria! Activities at Lake Mulwala are centered on the Lake that was formed when the Murray river was dammed, many years ago. Club activities and venues are plentiful. A varying range and cost of Accommodation can be found in both Mulwala and Yarrawonga. Easy to get to by Car and V-Line bus services from Benalla. there is a daily Train connections to Southern Cross Station in Melbourne as well.

Stayed 1 night - Friday night & although room was next to the garden area it wasn't busy so the noise didn't bother me. Rooms & bathrooms had been renovated nicely & were spotlessly clean. Had to share the shower/toilet but as I was the only visitor that night it was fine. Hosts were friendly & helpful. Good meal in the pub as well. Lake Mulwala is also just across the road.

We loved our stay at Mulwala Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, the decor was kitschy and super cute. The little touches like a charger in the room, the coffee machine and the friendly check-in made the stay even better. Great location in walking distance to the ski club and Club Mulwala. We'll be back!

Room was older style but very comfortable. TV was quite small but overall value for money our stay was perfect. We spent some time in the pool. Pool was a comfortable temperature and very clean. We would recommend Ashleigh Court Mulwala to anyone

Location facilities and comfort is all very good, it is still on the way to getting well setup so it's not quite a serviced apartment like a hotel yet. No daily clean or room service. No shampoo or body wash etc but upon request they were granted.
