Spacious, modern, comfortable and clean. The service was outstanding we really enjoyed our stay at Royal Hotel-Motel. We are a family of four that stayed 2 nights in Moree, plenty of room for us all. Fantastic modern facilities, tv with Netflix, charging points with usb as well. Easy and secure parking, fresh towels and waters everyday. For the money we highly recommend to stay here, we were extremely happy with our stay here.

Easy to get to once we got off our bus walking distance.receptionists were amazing and nice and helpful when needed would 100% go back. The room was cute and clean the beds were comfy aslwell and great prices for booking as well!!

I stopped for two nights during winter specifically to visit the Artesian Pool. There are several in the town. The Spa Village Motel was boundary fenced with gates that were closed for the night. It is a town I will go back to & stay longer to see more.

The staff were welcoming, pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious though a little tired. We were directed to the spa baths by the manager and found them excellent. The facility provided plenty of room for guests. We enjoyed our stay and recommended friends to stay there as well.

Artesian aquatic centre was a big disappointment.

Artesian aquatic centre was a big disappointment. The 2 main pools have been closed for maintenance for quite a while. The pool that is available was packed with people. The council needs to fix this, as the baths are the main attraction for this town

I loved the aboriginal art.

I loved the aboriginal art. I found the people I was in contact with very welcoming and friendly especially Lizzie one of the Art teachers at the TAFE who introduced me to some art students and opened up the art room where some of the students work was on display.

We crossed the Queensland border at Goondiwindi after...

We crossed the Queensland border at Goondiwindi after checking out the slow flowing Macintyre River, the flood memorials and the great little Art Deco Council Chambers. The 1.5 hour sunset drive to Moree across the plains was stunning. In Moree a free courtesy bus collected us from the Spa Village Travel Inn to drop us at the local RSL for a country style dinner. The place was full! Next morning he mineral baths were only a 5 minute walk away, also very popular. Recommended for a great espresso and breakfast: Balo 61 across town. If architecture is your thing, Moree has several Art Deco and Victorian gems to discover. Also, don't miss out on the Bank Art Museum which has its own collection as well as visiting shows. If you happen to be there on the ANZAC Day weekend its also time for the local Rural Show.

Too many faults to mention.

Too many faults to mention. Sleeping in my car at the tip would have been a better option. Security didn’t work. Inside and out was putrid. What was to be a pleasant break of our journey turned out to a nightmare.

Hey, it's in Moree, not Paris. You know, expectations vary, but let's be real, most motels in Moree aren't that great. This one, though, is pretty good. It's safe, especially if you're a solo female traveller, good value, friendly staff, and clean.

Quiet location and very close to town centre. Huge plus that they had pet friendly rooms. The person greeting us was warm and welcoming. They also offer some room dine in options which is great for those not wanting to venture out.
