Loved the villa the views of the beach were just beautiful. Tv had great free movie options , the bathroom was lovely, the beds are comfy with comfy pillows. Pool was very relaxing Comfy padded pool lounge chairs. Looking from pool to ocean was so relaxing. Overall nice and clean my daughter & I really loved it. The location to the boardwalks with restaurants was perfect, I don’t have good knees and my walking distances are limited so it was just wonderful for my needs.

Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway..
Not a far distance from Perth and a nice getaway.. Lots of nice coffee places and good choice of restaurants. We left a few things to do another time and look forward to one of the cruises and visit to the Giants. It seems to be disjointed in so far as there are residential and touristy areas and then to do a proper shop for groceries you seem to have to travel a few blocks inland. Overall it was easy to get around and offers beaches, cruises and shallow foreshore pools for young kids. The pubs were teaming with people and the Sunday Market along the foreshore was great for young families. Down around the marina in the Dolphin area had a large selection of cafes for breakfast and or brunch and was a bustling no car area. However plenty of car parks nearby. We will be visiting again and spend a couple of nights as you do relax and unwind there !!!

The house is an attached unit, the keys were left in the meter box, unfortunately someone has damaged the box and it cannot be shut, it is also a health hazard as it sticks out about 6inches.
The Security system is obsolete, does not work.
The lounge is a nice size but the air con needs to be replaced, also a mosquito net needs to be replaced on the 2nd window.
The kitchen/dining room is a good size, the Air Con has fallen apart, needs to be replaced. Also the Oven does not work, The sliding door leading to the back yard need to be replaced.
The Master Bedroom is a nice size, if it has an Air Con that also does not work.
The two other bedrooms, one needs the mosquito netting replaced, both need some form of clothes hanging facility, none exists.

There is so much you can do in Mandurah when visiting.
There is so much you can do in Mandurah when visiting. Fishing, Crabbing, Boat Cruises, Booking in advance for Motels/Hotels to get the best location close to ALL Restaurants etc. Love weekend trips here with family or friends. My favorite Motel is Foreshore Motel. It is affordable and within walking distance to places I visit. Ice Cream Parlour, Curry Place, Murphy's for lunch(Fish and Chips) other shops and Kids Play Ground also is just minutes away.

Lovely & friendly people.
Lovely & friendly people. Also enjoyed the morning strolls along the foreshore with its gorgeous views & cafes with the aroma of freshly ground coffee & the smell of the sea. Beautiful.
Thank you.
We were upgraded to a larger triple room so plenty of space plus a microwave. All rooms at the Atrium have a balcony which is great. The rooms have all the basic amenities such as fridge, TV, aircon etc. Great location ( about 5 minute stroll to the tourist office ) and plenty of parking. There is a bar and restaurant on-site with erratic opening hours which we didn't use preferring to go into Mandurah. We had a great stay as we used the hotel only as a place to sleep and it was good value for money.
The location of the house is great to the centre of Mandurah, only about 2 min drive to the tourist centre. The house was quiet and the swimming pool was perfect for our kids and also grandparents, the water is heated by solar panels and it reaches a nice temperature by the afternoon. The house is spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed.
Absolutely loved it. We had view to pool a few step walk to pool area would request that room again. Clean tidy very roomy. Staff wonderful can't praise the resort enough. Thoroughly enjoyed nect time will stay longer and allow more time relax by pool area in resort. GREAT Pub across the road for meals highly recommend them too.
Communication with the owner was easy and informative. The house is very clean, nicely decorated and has a lovely ambience. There are two spacious living areas and a fabulous outdoor patio. Close to the beach and a few minutes drive to Mandurah town centre so a great location.
Fantastic location and beautiful house right opposite beach. Facilities great and beds comfy. Coffee shop just down the road and they do great food and coffee. Communication from the host was good and they were very helpful. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you
Gorgeous house in a lovely area. Spacious, and exceptionally well appointed and equipped. Steph was very responsive, helpful and welcoming. It made what was a busy trip much easier and less stressful. Walking distance to several parks was great for the kids.
Great location - walking distance to the main street - Mandurah Terrace and great walkway around the canal waters
Safe garage, excellent and well furnished apartment. Has all you need for a long term stay. Will definitely stay again.
