Just got back from staying in Mandurah and honestly, I was blown away 😊 The apartment was super clean and the bed was so comfy I slept like a rock every night 😴 The kitchen had everything I needed plus coffee ☕ so I could whip up breakfast easily. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable which made streaming Netflix 📺 a total breeze. The location is so handy — I could walk to the foreshore and catch dolphins 🐬, enjoy the best fish and chips 🍟 near the marina, and even hit up Silver Sands Beach without any stress. The backyard patio was peaceful and private, full of greenery 🌿 and perfect for morning coffee while listening to birds 🐦 The host was super friendly, quick to respond, and gave awesome local tips that made my trip better. Secure parking was easy to find and I loved the relaxed noon checkout ⏰ If you’re heading to Mandurah, seriously, book this place. P.s I've stayed at another apartment also local and owned by Isabella which was also a 5 ⭐ value . Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - H Tue, 11/11/2025. 🥞🛌💤🕉️😻

Belle was the perfect host, so friendly, easy to communicate with, and the apartment was absolutely beautifully presented. Some decor items were missing from the apartment as pictured in the listing, which didn't really bother me, but Belle replaced them and delivered them to the front door with a beautiful little message. That's going above and beyond! I really loved my stay here and will definitely be using this apartment for my getaways to Mandurah in the near future. Next time I will extend my stay longer, and I cannot wait! Such a beautiful spot and so close to the beach, shops etc! Highly recommend!

It's a wonderful place for a holliday. Plenty of beache to visit in and around the area, plenty of restuarants and bars along the water front, would highly recomend MOCAS for their breakfast, just across the footbridge from the hotel.

We loved the convenience of the facilities within walking...

We loved the convenience of the facilities within walking distance of the Mandurah accommodation. The dolphin quay markets were so close as were many eating venues. The Forum was only a 10 minute drive and provided many interesting shops and more eating options. Mini golf located at the Maze was a delightful activity all the family enjoyed this very much . It was a mere 15 minute drive from the accommodation. The Pen provided the perfect venue for our big birthday lunch - great service and food.

The options of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops were fantastic. Easy to walk to all. Visitor centre lady was friendly and helpful. We booked a cruise for an hour and fifteen mins, which was lovely. We ate at The Pen for dinner, Sebel for breakfast, a lunch at Archie’s at Dolphin quay, yummy Thai on Ormsby trc and had the best Thai massage at Baahn massage.

Mandurah is a great town.

Mandurah is a great town. Walks along the river, restaurants, cafe's, theatres, theme parks, local businesses. A different world from the north. Paparazzi is my favourite restaurant, and the French Cafe' Cafe' Rene' is great.

Quite modern marina with lots of restaurants and cafés and little canals, visiting the Giants by bike was really fun (perfect infrastructure; good bike paths with beautiful views, clean toilets and nice picnic/barbacue spots all along the coast)

For the longest time, Mandurah has been coined as the...

For the longest time, Mandurah has been coined as the retiree city for the folks of Perth, and it sometimes feels that way when walking along the Esplanade.... idyllic, relaxed, and somewhat serene, it does feel like a fairly modern regional city centre that lives with a much more peaceful pace to life. Still, and more recently (in the last 5-10 years), Mandurah has shown upgrades in a lot of public amenities, venues and structures! The Mandurah Forum is brilliantly large for a regional shopping centre; the newly refurbished esplanade and boardwalks are a delight, and the myriad of shops along the esplanade with the multitude of modern eateries all attest to its developing nature.

The location was easy to find and well located in proximity to the township and other amenities. The staff were fantastic, met with me on arrival and directed me to the villa, provided the vital WiFi details! The villa itself is on ground level and easily accessible from the carpark. The villa itself was lovely, the decorating of the dwelling was beautiful, very much a beach house/home away from home feel!!

The location of the house is great to the centre of Mandurah, only about 2 min drive to the tourist centre. The house was quiet and the swimming pool was perfect for our kids and also grandparents, the water is heated by solar panels and it reaches a nice temperature by the afternoon. The house is spacious and very comfortable and had everything we needed.
