When arriving to a clean fresh room also we arrived late and the staff were so lovely they still let us order dinner as it was closing time with a smile . The purpose of our trip was to show our travelling companions the scenic beauty on offer in and around Lithgow. They were suitably impressed with Mount York, Hassans Walls, Pearsons Lookout and absolutely blown away with Glen Davis and the Capertee Valley.

Lithgow is very under rated.

Lithgow is very under rated. There are many things to do and some of the lookouts have fantastic views. Just do your homework before you get there and get the large tourist map which highlights all the things you can see - it is fantastic.

We were there visiting friends as our first priority.

We were there visiting friends as our first priority. We were never disappointed regarding facilities in Lithgow such as coffee shops or general shopping. We found Lithgow a friendly place wherever we went.

I love the Blue Mountains and I love Lithgow.

I love the Blue Mountains and I love Lithgow. As a regional town it is easy to get around and access things like the bank the railway station the supermarkets and sporting facilities like the modern indoor pool. As we visited in winter we experienced winter weather and while we could not see the three sisters on this occasion due to fog I know we will see them another visit. My significant other rated his three cups of coffee highly first at the sports/soccer field second at the shopping centre and third at the Fast Fox takeaway. I loved the second hand book store too.

A great location to use as a base to explore the wider...

A great location to use as a base to explore the wider region. Many historical sites and buildings made this a great trip for history enthusiasts. Local food was excellent. Will come again and spend longer exploring family history.

It's a nice small town with very nice people.

It's a nice small town with very nice people. Definitely recommend: - Japanese Bath House (this was excellent and relaxing- adults only) - Zig Zag Train (super fun for kids and adults too, nice experience) - Secret Creek Sanctuary (great environment and nice animals) Restaurant and coffee tips: - Alchemy Woodfire Pizza - Frankie's Restaurant and Bar - The Lithgow Tin Shed

This accommodation was an amazing find! Staff walk you to your room, open up and turn your heater on for you. The room included a toothbrush, sensor night light in the bathroom, an office chair for the desk. Very modern, clean, spacious. I would highly recommend and wish I had more reasons to return to Lithgow for the accommodation! The added convenience of being connected to the Workies Club for dinner, drinks and breakfast!

Bathroom was almost new but shower head a bit irritating as it kept moving pillows were terrible - very clean but very very thin no spare blanket - do not like to sleep with the heater on but Lithgow is cold and there was no spare blanket overall room was clean, location was quiet and value was good

The apartments are very modern, clean and comfortable. More than adequate for a quick stay while passing through Lithgow. There's also a great restaurant 300m walk away called Frankies that we recommend for dinner.
