It was ideal, v comfy bed, we had towels, toiletries, fridge, tv, balcony and everything else we needed, it was great for seeing the pelicans getting fed at 8:45 am daily too.

This is an amazing Bed and Breakfast, located just outside the township in a quiet area. The rooms we spacious and had everything you could need, the bed was comfy and the double shower was amazing. Great water pressure too which is always good. The breakfast was served in a breakfast room so we got to chat to the owner and other guests over a bowl of fresh fruit, personally prepared by the owner (some grown by her). Toast and cereal was also on offer and coffee was made for each individual.

All of the Staff seemed to be very happy and were definitely guest orientated. It seems Booking.com omitted to advise my request for a ground floor room all of which it turned out were fully booked. Jackie, the receptionist upgraded us to the one room adapted for the disabled even though I said I would manage a first floor room. So appreciated.

One of the less accomodations youbwould LOVE to have every night while travelling. One of our top 5 rooms we had in 9 weeks travelling. Everthing was just GREAT Kangaroos, Emus around the Motel, nice cool Pool, friendly stuff! Check out also Finlays Pub, 5min walk, awesome food, great beers, sundy 4-7pm live music.

The accommodation was very nicely decorated kitchen had everything you needed beds were comfy and bed linen and towels were of good quality. We had a small outside terrace ideal for having a more Ning cuppa.

Haven’t been for 20 plus years and still has the laid back...

Haven’t been for 20 plus years and still has the laid back chill time feel. Town has everything you could need and the local supermarket well stocked and did t feel overly priced. Two bakeries were always busy and plenty of places for breakfast and a coffee Walks in the National Park exceptional and the walks along the beaches were spectacular. Tried a few places for dinner and in all honesty apart from Little Leaf wouldn’t go back to the others. We enjoyed our put together meals watching over the water at our hotel room. Oh coffee from the van was great and liked to support the owner. People all friendly and families all seemed to be having a great time with the kids having some freedom out of the big smoke. Lovely to see kids playing and not focused on their phones.

The accomodation options in Kalbarri are excellent.

The accomodation options in Kalbarri are excellent. There are good beaches, cafes, taverns, restaurants and shops. Within short drives you can view the pink lake, skywalk, natures window and coastal observation points. Good eating options included the Pelican Cafe on the beach, the tavern and the Kalbarri Edge Resort.

We love Kalbarri. It's our favourite "go to" place in WA.

We love Kalbarri. It's our favourite "go to" place in WA. The coast lookout spots are fantasic, my favourite is Pot Alley. The Skywalk in Kalbarri National Park is a "must" to visit. Kalbarri is easy to get around. Most places in town are in walking distance. We had lunch at Gilgai Tavern. The food was fresh, very tasty and Mine Host and Hostess were very friendly and helpful. We ordered a takeaway Pizza from the Kalbarri Hotel and it was the worst pizza we have ever had! We also had takeaway from Buddha's Bites situated in the Palm Resort which was quite OK but I think dining in would be a better option.

We visited Kalbarri during the WA October school holidays...

We visited Kalbarri during the WA October school holidays and the town was busy but manageable. Lots of families and groups enjoying the fabulous scenery and weather. We loved seeing so many wildflowers late in the season and visiting the outstanding National Park but were disappointed that wheelchair access to the Nature's Window rock formation was not available due to the many stairs at the entry point to the wheelchair-friendly path. Be prepared to manage the flies when away from the coastal winds!

Kalbarri was such a wonderful town to visit.

Kalbarri was such a wonderful town to visit. You can feed pelicans daily and hear information about them. We went twice it was so good. The beaches are lovely. Everyone is very friendly. The pubs have great food and the bakeries so good. We went there every day. The Skydeck and gorges are beautiful and definitely worth a look. Highly recommend a visit to Kalbarri.

There was a large range of activities: visiting the national...

There was a large range of activities: visiting the national park for the skywalk, Nature's Window and the Z bend, viewing the wildflowers, particularly in the national park, the cliff walks, paddling and swimming at the beaches, activities at the estuary-boats and canoes to hire, the cruises, patronising the cafes and restaurants.... The only hindrance was the wind which tended to pick up from the midmorning, but this is to be expected in October.

Splendid ocean view where you can see whales passing by from afar. Fully furnished chalet setup with well equipped kitchen. Exceptional service staff who called to remind check in time ended at 6pm. Conveniently located to Kalbarri national park, coastal trail and town center.

We paid for an upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, which was just perfect. Spacious, well equipped, including washing machine and dryer. And a nice balcony. Only a short walk to town and the beach. Stunning Kalbarri sunsets!
