This review is long overdue, but very well deserved. My boss was truly enjoyed his stay here and mentioned that moving forward, this will be his go-to place whenever he visits his father. He found the property to be fantastic, with everything he needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Very neat and tidy and the hosts are absolutely amazing. Room service is very good and everything is as it should be. No issues at all. I have stayed at Motel Monaco a number of times and experienced the same professional top level presentation and service on every occasion.

We loved everything about our stay. We had a family room. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were amazing and so friendly! I thought it was going to be loud as our room was near the main road and being a Saturday night. But it wasn't at all. The pool was fantastic! We will definitely be staying again next time we come to town.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was very spacious...and it smelled amazing! The whole place was pristine, even under the house! (that's impressive Jude 😊). There were so many thoughtful touches such as a whole jug of drinking water (and more where that came from), your own tea, coffee and kettle in the room as well as a little welcome snack. The continental breakfast in the morning was generous and delicious as well. I loved having access to the massage 'seat' which I took full advantage of while I relaxed in my comfortable room, and being in the middle of the forest was the icing on the cake for me. What a beautiful old, century home with warm and welcoming hosts. The facilities were top notch and the surroundings peaceful. Thank you Jude and Mark!

The depth of the Bremer River was seen as an impediment for shipping, so Brisbane became the Capital. Queens Park is an Oasis in the centre of the City and includes an animal enclosure with a walk through, fu;; flight Aviary. The City has a proud Rail and Coal Mining past. The Ipswich Rail Museum should be on any visitors itinerary.

I used to live in Ipswich many years ago and I am always happy to return with my family and friends as time allows. Although it’s a city, it doesn’t have all the hustle of the bigger cities. The town Parks and Gardens are a credit to all who maintain them. DRH

Ipswich in December is horribly hot and humid for cool weather people. But the shopping centers are huge and lots of fun. I booked a click and collect order from Tasmania for all our family Christmas needs and it made life so easy. The roads seemed very convoluted to travel about the city but the Christmas lights were pretty as the tree lined streets. Found some neat restaurants of diverse origins.

I was there for my granddaughters NY Dance company end of year dance performances at the Civic Centre. There is so much to do & see in Ipswich & surroundings. You will not be disappointed for what interests you. With so many wonderful restaurants & family activities to visit

I flew to Queensland from interstate.

I flew to Queensland from interstate. I got an Airport Shuttle service (www.airportwesttransfers.com.au) to take me from airport to Ipswich, great service and value for money! There is so much to see and experience in Ipswich. My favorite places I visited: Queens Park, Rail Works museum, Art Galery, RSL museum, mural trail, St Mary's church. Lovely shopping at Trottie Becke, The Soul Cauldron and Ulli's New Age Rockz. Yummy food at Thai Viet BBQ Chinese Takeaway (24/30 Limestone) and Essence of Indya (37 Warwick Street), both great value for money. Ipswich is so easy by foot, also good bus service. People in Ipswich are so nice, helpful and genuine. They make the whole stay truly something. Thank you!

Ipswich had lots of great shopping centres!

Ipswich had lots of great shopping centres! Beautiful old churches & buildings, lovely parks! Plenty of places to visit! Many beautiful gardens! Plenty of places to eat, including clubs I find Ipswich a very nice place to stay!

We actually tried to stay at a cheaper Airbnb for our trip but had to leave that property after just one night as it just wasn’t up to scratch. We’ve stayed at Quest before so we were so pleased to get a room there for our second night in Ipswich. At Quest you’re greeted like an old friend. The whole property is clean and welcoming and the rooms are well equipped. Lesson learned - it’s Quest every time for us from now on.

Cumquat House has a charm that simply cannot be matched. It was homely, comfortable and very beautiful. The amenities are excellent, fantastic sized room and great location. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Ipswich 😊
