The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, we had everything we needed. It was meticulously clean and the daily service of the room was perfect. Location was great, parking was great, service was wonderful. The pool and spa pool and sauna were stunning. Everything looked exactly like the photos online.

Hepburn Springs and Daylesford are places of calm and beauty...

Hepburn Springs and Daylesford are places of calm and beauty. The mineral springs are a delight, and (if you can afford it) the spa is wonderful. Had a great and well priced massage at Soma massage in Vincent Street. Sad to see the Palais and few of my favourite eating closed.

One of the best things were all the different areas around...

One of the best things were all the different areas around the hotel where you could sit & relax to read or just talk. The weather was lovely and sunny so just being able to sit outside and enjoy the weather was great. Rooms were quite big, breakfast ( included in price) was very good and staff were all very friendly. Lovely and quiet and not too far from Daylesford.

Enjoy walking through the stunning autumn colours in your winter coat as you soak in the natural beauty all around. The local eateries are a short drive from local accommodation and are popular with both locals and tourists alike. It's the perfect weekend or week long getaway destination. I'll be back!

A lot of places were shut.

A lot of places were shut. We went to Trenton falls and Sailors falls which had limited access and walk into it was closed. All the wineries we drove past were closed. Convent gallery was also closed. Most of the shops were opened in Daylesford.Not a complaint but good to know so you may want to go on a different day.

Hepburn Springs is so much more relaxed than Daylesford and...

Hepburn Springs is so much more relaxed than Daylesford and only a couple of KMs down the road. It has the mineral springs and day spas within walking distance from your accommodation. Rueben's is always popular for pizzas and Italian food. It's my preferred location. It has a wonderful golf course as well!

Hepburn Springs itself is very quiet, sadly a number of businesses are closed and up for sale (ie: pub, cafe, restaurant) but Daylesford -literally a 5 minute drive away- is buzzing! Lots of interesting speciality shops and a few nice cafes and restaurants. Admittedly I stayed mid week (which I'd highly recommend as possibly much quieter) so maybe it's busier on weekends. I had brunch at Virgin in Hepburn Springs and it was lovely. Go for a drive to the national Park, there's lots of nice walks!

The room looked lovey and had a modern luxurious vibe going with comfortable furnishing and a day bed overlooking a ravine, definitely a wow factor as was the metal cut-out of Venice behind the shower. The LED lighting and lamps added a romantic vibe to the room. The addition of complementary sparkling wine was a lovely touch as well. The room was fairly private but we could see into the room below us through the glass floor.

The staff at Hepburn Springs Motor Inn were very friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. The room was beautifully decorated with a lovely feature wall, and was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable short stay. The location is great, just a short walk to a lovely reserve with spa/pool facility, and very quiet. The room represents excellent value for money.

The lobby bar has a great atmosphere for a pre dinner drink. Then downstairs for dinner at the Virgin restaurant. Super comfortable beds, generously sized bar fridge & a flat screen TV with preloaded apps. If Richard Branson owned a hotel in Hepburn springs it would be like this.

Room was a good size and the spa bath was great, even got a balcony which I was not expecting based on the photos of the room so that was a nice surprise. Breakfast was great with the option of both buffet and a la carte and dinner at the Argus was delicious with great service!
