Bright and clean. Good selection of cooking pots and pans - limited options for eating out when we went. Good location. Very friendly host. Heats up really quickly if you find yourself with colder than expected weather! Very eco friendly. Really liked that encouraged to recycle - would be great to have confirmed what is recyclable and what are chicken scraps!

The host was really helpful and texted us before we arrived and let us know all the things we could do on Bruny. The place itself was lovely and very cozy. My family had a great time and we wish we had stayed for longer.

This place was spectacular - the best we had in Tasmania! We crossed over to Bruny Island in the afternoon and did the Fluted Cape walk (brilliant views but slightly more strenuous than we expected). Visited lots of other places - loved the bread fridges with excellent sourdough loaves. In the evening we drove north to find the property - it was easy to find but be aware that the last 7km are on a gravel road. The house has a commanding view of the bay and is very peaceful and quiet. There are various animals in the surrounding pastures and we also saw some local wildlife. Inside, the house was basically a fully-equipped home, with everything you could want for a comfortable stay, including self-catering. The only shop on the island is a 40 minute drive away, so you would need to be organised. My daughter enjoyed having a bath on the terrace deck, and we both loved the open fire, which had been left fully ready to be lit with a single match. We only stayed one night, but could easily have made it longer. We walked down to the beach in the morning and were tempted to swim if it had been just a bit warmer.

Beautiful surroundings, clean and new facilities, tastful indoor decor, great location close to The Neck lookout, amazing host, two bedrooms both with en suite. A few wallabies hang around the cottage at night.

The view from the accommodation and the access to the waterfront was exceptional. Loved the outdoor shower. All the comforts were thoughts of, including a picnic blanket. The delivery of fresh sourdough for breakfast… the best! Thanks for a beautiful stay at your property.

Stunning property with all required amenities of a very high quality. Loved the large balcony with views of the bay and bush. Had a wonderful morning watching all the wildlife. Hosts were incredibly welcoming with all required information provided and easy to follow instructions on accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved it. Everything you need. Decorated perfectly so cute and comfortable. Was abit worried about the outdoor shower being cold...it was perfect. Even had paddymelons visit us last night by the fire. Definitely recommended Rachel and Ben have done an amazing job.

We received our Welcome pack via email prior arrival and everything you need to know is found within the digital pack. Locating the grounds is self explanatory and the teepee’s look pretty cool when you arrive but once inside, the cosy feel and cleanliness will make you feel very comfortable. The kitchen, lounge space and toilet is well maintained. The garden area lit up at night makes the place feel atmospheric. The best recommendation I can give is driving down the road to the bakers fridge. Freshly made bread is delivered to the roadside outdoor fridge in the morning which we took back to the kitchen and had breakfast on the terrace. Absolute bliss! Thanks Louise for a great Glamping experience on Bruny :)
