This was an unexpectedly lovely find! We had a late check-in and an early check-out, which meant that we didn't have any interaction with the staff. Despite that, the amenities and ambience in both the room and common areas made us feel welcome and well-taken care of.

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon. The location is great, close to the sea. If people would like to see the Great Barrier Reef, the pier is just downstairs and there are restaurants nearby. Special thanks go to the staff here! We checked-out on February 7th and were about to fly to Melbourne. At this time, my wife suddenly felt not well and was going to pass out. The two ladies at the front desk immediately helped me contact the emergency. The manager helped us lie down in a comfortable place before the ambulance arrived, and brought the AED equipment, set up a privacy space with curtains, and finally helped us keep our luggage. After returning from the hospital, we stayed one more night. The hotel staff quickly helped me check in, delivered my luggage to our room, and also gave us a fruit plate. We appreciate it so much to the staff here! Your warm and welcoming atmosphere gave us an unforgettable memory. One last thank you to the staff who helped us!
