The entire experience at Oaks was excellent. The Breakfast was very good. Both the young ladies who served us - Tina (thea) from Vietnam and Luna from Japan were outstanding. They were extremely hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Both my wife and I wish them the best. The check in experience was also very good. Our request for a late check out by an hour was also entertained by the senior management.
