Excellent quality hotel in cairns. Very close to amenities and railway station. Rooms very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Great fully equipped little drinks area with tea, coffee, milk, glasses, etc. Air con excellent in the heat and strong wifi. But above all reception staff were very friendly, kind and professional so thank you, we will definitely stay again!

GREAT stay at the Riley hotel!!! We came for our honeymoon and got a special note and a bottle of wine from the hotel, what a great start for the vacation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, went above and beyond to help in anything and gave us recommendations for the area. Always smiled at us when we passed by. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the pool (with sand) is amazing and the room was fully equipped with all that we needed. We had a great time and would definitely come back if we were ever in the region again.

The hotel is very nice, the room incredibly spacious, clean and with an amazing view on the bay, we couldn’t ask for more. The hotel has a beautiful outside area of pool and it has a nice gym. The location is simply amazing, cause it’s very very well located, just in front of where all the tours leave, so it couldn’t be better. Inside the lobby there is a tour operator wich sell tours at a very good price, so everything works perfectly. The staff it’s great, we checked out in the morning but our flight was not leaving till evening and they gave us access to gym, swimming pool and showers. We are very happy with the experience we had and we highly recommend this structure!

The location was perfect. We had a one bedroom apartment that had everything you needed.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered—there was a coffee machine, elegant cups, and wine glasses. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. The rooms are also soundproof, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
