Room is really nice (better than pictures). Huge comfortable bed. Maybe a bit too soft for us. Well equipped kitchen. View is stunning. Bathroom is amazing with quiet washing machine and dryer. Parking is included. We didn't try swimming pool but looks nice.

Broadbeach is a perfect balance and not too far from Surfer's Paradise. It is a great holiday destination. Our timing was probably perfect (peak) due to Christmas and New Year holidays. The place was bustling with people and activities.

Apart from the 3 most popular theme parks, explore other theme parks, plenty of other activities to do at the Surfers Paradise, plenty of amazing beaches and affordable & tasty eateries outside of Surfers, so don't just get stuck in that area. Public transport is awesome (50c each way!). Weather is amazing. Marina Mirage, Pacific Fair, everything is great. Casino is way smaller than my expectations. Amazing hotels & buffet breakfasts.

This accommodation relies heavily on the Versace name to attract bookings, but in reality it has nothing in common with the actual Palazzo Versace experience. The listing is misleading and overhyped. I paid extra for an “ocean view”, which was clearly advertised, yet there was no proper ocean view at all. Charging for something that doesn’t exist is simply false advertising. The so-called discounted price is also misleading. With the budget I paid, there are many far better options around the Gold Coast that offer genuine views, better service, and more honest listings. The manager, Tash, was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful, and seemed more interested in charging extra fees than resolving legitimate concerns. If you don’t know your rights, you will be taken advantage of. Overall, this place trades on a luxury brand name without delivering even basic expectations. Do not be misled — you can get much better value and service elsewhere.

The Gold Coast never disappoints.

The Gold Coast never disappoints. We try to visit at least once a year, and this time came for New Year’s Eve in Surfers Paradise — lots of fun, with a great fireworks display at 8pm that suited an early night. We also visited Coolangatta, which we love for its relaxed vibe, clean beaches, and excellent cafés and restaurants along the waterfront. Tram & bus services make it easy to get around. We appreciated the free trams on NYE.

Breakfast at the Harvest wasn’t well organised. We had our table reserved with our docket at the table and my wife and I lined up to the omelette bar and when we returned our table was taken.. Way too many people. Not enough omelette bars and long queue's. Way too many children. Decided to have breakfast elsewhere away from the Star

One of the best beaches in the world and you can see miles...

One of the best beaches in the world and you can see miles of it. Very convenient to eat out, get some groceries, do some shopping. Great base location to travel out to other places in the district. Yes, it's very touristy, there is some crime about, but mostly pretty safe if you stick to the main thoroughfares. Can get very windy being seaside, I always bring a cardigan or jumper. Sunscreen is a must. Plenty of beach showers and ability to wash the sand off your feet after coming in from the beach. Walking in the local district is easy and mostly flat.

Easy, cheap and quick to get to from Gold Coast Airport. Buses run every 15 mins to Broadbeach South Station. On alighting the bus the hotel is visible. We arrived at hotel at 11am and were allowed to go to our apartment immediately. The hotel is quiet and a 10 min walk to Pacific Fair and the surf club and down town restaurants

This hotel was one of the cheapest places we could find on the weekend we stayed, so we weren't expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location close to Cavill and all the action, and the hotel was really nice with everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!
