10/10 the only place we stayed in WA that had heated bathrooms. I think this deserves a 10 rating simply because of that. It was the only time I stepped out of the shower without shivering. The lady at the reception was extremely friendly, and the motel is located just 1 minute's drive away from the city center. We had dinner at the tavern next door and loved it as well. We even saw some kangaroos in the morning from the balcony!

The place was beautiful and cosy, breakfast was lovely, and a five minute drive to beautiful beaches and good food in Denmark. You could sit by the pond in the evening watching frogs, ducks, and ibis (just remember your bug spray). So peaceful.

Only had one night here and wish we had been able to stay another. The cider tasting was great and you get 10% off takeaways if you stay here. Log fire was great as it was a cooler night. Comfy beds and good amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Well done and an enjoyable stay. No WiFi! Just TV and DVDs.

Location is good.

Location is good. Hot in the rooms. especially in December, there are no aircons. The code system for the room door gave us issues. It change from the time we checked in to the time we were done with supper, without informing us.

Denmark was a nice town, the rivermouth and sea looked inviting. We ate at the award winning pie shop. I had a chilli con carne pie that should come with an advisory- it was chilli hot! Check it out! The Lodge hotel for dinner was great.

A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for -...

A charming town with all the amenities you could wish for - supermarket shopping, plus plenty of small cafes and eateries and independent shops. The bakery is great. The river park area is lovely and great for kids to play. there are so many attractions in the area such as wineries, a meadery and honey place, chocolate factory, beautiful restaurants set in the gently rolling countryside, an animal feeding farm, beaches and river side areas, caravan parks. A great place for a family holiday or couples retreat.

The wineries are great (Singlefile & Forest Hill). The scenery is stunning. e.g. the beaches ( Elephant Rock, Greens Pool, Madfish Bay) are sensational plus Monkey rock and the Wilderness Ocean Walk (if time)

Fabulous location, amazing views and only a few minutes drive into Denmark. Lovely clean chalet with everything we needed. We required a safe location to store a small boat for a couple of days and were kindly offered a locked area to do so.
