This is a wonderful chic house with some very thoughtful touches like lovely fluffy towels and candles in the bathroom and botanical body wash etc. My sister and I loved the house which is charming and beautifully decorated. The bathroom is a spa haven and the bedrooms are very tastefully furnished. A very well equipped kitchen.and everything was very clean. The house was very comfortable and we were sorry we could only stay one night. We highly recommend you stay there if visiting the lovely town of Daylesford. The house is just a short stroll to the high street full of great restaurants, bars and shops.

It’s well laid out, has everything you need. The addition of welcome cheese board, fruit and chocolates is such a beautiful touch. The provisions are so well thought of and we were absolutely wowed. The bed is comfy, the place is cosy yet roomy. The shower is luxurious. What a beautiful set up. Once you step inside that blue door, you don’t feel like it’s part of a larger house because it’s separated by a wall and you cant hear anything beyond the wall. It’s perfectly done. Communication with the host was A+ and so welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again.

It is a quaint country town with a lot of galleries, dining options and nice scenery. The Mills Market was amazing, I found a few 'treasures' and could have spent another day or two there. Tuesday and Wednesday are like their weekend off so a number of things were closed including the Convent Gallery :(

A lovely historical collection of buildings, with art galleries, Michael parker , bromley , loved dee jewellery, we went to larder for all day breakfast which was delicious Being in the Art deco store l was in heaven discovering treasures to be found. RSL for dinner with 20 friends. 18th birthday Party celebrations 🍾 was great fun with my family and friends we hadn't seen in years gone by . What a great evening. Fish n chip offered brilliant service ordering fish, prawns, scallops and oysters . 😋 Quality organic food products and tempting treats . Beautiful luscious green gardens, established homes , lots of churches ⛪️. Convent gallery was a highlight. Mill market deserved a visit , bought gifts for my friends.

So very picturesque….

So very picturesque…. Loved my breakfast at the Larder ….. my Thai takeaway was delicious…. Shopping was great also…. I am a lady with some physical restrictions so I wouldn’t be walking too far as hills and I don’t get along 😂 And I loved loved the Bromley gallery….

The house and town are both attractive.

The house and town are both attractive. The centre is really close, with a number of nice shops, not chain stores. Several nice cafes there, and dinner at the Bowling Club was tasty and reasonably priced. Unfortunately we had not known that the Convent is closed midweek. The Mill Market is very big and varied. It has a good cafe and is in good grounds

Fabulous time in Daylesford.

Fabulous time in Daylesford. Walked the lake, visited the Hepburn Springs and dinner and drinks at Hotrl Bellinzona! Visited the Convent and lunch at the cafe with family. So much to do and see in Daylesford.

Daylesford has so much to offer, the three days we were...

Daylesford has so much to offer, the three days we were there was not long enough to venture around the town and the surrounding areas. The local spa treatments were amazing and brunch at Cliffy's was excellent as well as being dog friendly. The Cider Brewery was a highlight as was our trip to Hepburn Springs ... all close to Daylesford.

This is a quirky place. The upstairs is now converted to a house with many original fittings, and some modern twists. The location is great for central Daylesford - walk to town, walk to the Sunday markets. Free parking at the back. Football table was a hit with the kids. We enjoyed our stay but it was $$$ for one night. Would suit two families better.

The house was amazing, very welcoming and comfortable. It was very well equipped. Perfect for a girls weekend away. The heating worked really well especially on a cold weekend and was even turned on for us before we arrived . We loved watching the kangaroos and looking out at the view. It was only a short drive into Daylesford.
