We loved how the owners made us feel very spoilt. All the little extras were just amazing. The home made lemon,passionfruit butter was sublime 👌 😋. There was everything you needed in the kitchen/laundry. Snacks were provided including a continental breakfast. Everything was finished very well. Loved how each room was decorated.

It was an almost new bungalow with all equipment you yan imagine. It was very clean and the communication with the Team (for Example for late arrival) was very fast and friendly. It is located perfectly close to some beaches, a großer store in walking distance. Very quiet and clean and friendly park, even with a nice clean swimming pool - we really enjoyed it

Great location, beach is easily walkable and shops are a very short drive. Bed was very comfortable and rooms were great. Just what we needed for a one night stay, but would be suitable for longer stays also.

A very beautifully maintained elegant 3 storey apartment in a stunning location on the canals. Easy to find with signposts and numbers. You have all of the spacious top floor which includes a balcony with French doors overlooking the canal - sublime 🥰 Your bathroom is on the second floor with toiletries and towels provided. Bed is comfortable and there’s plenty of lounge chairs plus outside stools at a fixed bench and a chair. Tea, herbal tea, coffee pod machine and pods, coffee bags, milk, sugar, filtered water was generously provided with bonuses tucked in the fridge. Walking around the place, gardens and apartments are stunning and very prettily ornate. Truly a beautiful space. The beach is an easy few minutes walk away with The Cut being a bit further. There’s a combined grocery / coffee / prepared food / alcohol shop. A hairdresser who did a beautiful cut and colour on my hair. La Belle Cafe with yummy food and even a coffee van at Avalon Beach. All walking distance around this beautiful apartment. The owner is a treasure. Very friendly, kind and generous ~ thank you for making my stay so relaxing and ease filled 🙏☺️xx

Highly recommend the Dawesville house plenty of room we had...

Highly recommend the Dawesville house plenty of room we had 7 Adults and we all had space when we wanted, had 4 bedrooms all had double beds main room was huge with a big ensuite There was another bathroom with toilet next to it and another toilet up stairs Two big lounge rooms with comfy lounge with recliners Outside had a big table and chairs with a bbq, gas bottle with a spare gas bottle just in case Fairy lights all around the alfresco area Short walk to the water with a nice coffee shop that we had breakfast at and was really nice staff all friendly There is a walk in pantry and the owners have thought of everything there was sandwich press, bread maker, rice cooker and all the utensils you could need pots pans etc dishwasher microwave kettle You won’t be disappointed staying at this house and we stayed a week and didn’t see or hear any neighbours it’s so quiet it’s lovely
