Our stay was made great by the truly fantastic staff. They made us feel so welcome and it was not like we were staying at a hotel but more with friends. We came to Sydney from the UK and the team gave us so much help in where to visit, how to get around and little insights only a local would know! Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting. I expected so much more from an Accor property. I wouldn't even give it 2 stars. TIP Ask to see room before committing & handing your cc over. Filthy dirty, no cutlery, plates etc. Dirty pots & pans, long white hair in frying pan, which is dangerous to use due to teflon coating being burnt off & scrapped through. Filthy stove top. Stained carpets, couch & dining table. Curtains falling off the tracks in bedroom & living area. Hair in bath/shower.

There is plenty of dining option in and around castle hill. Go and check out some of these options. Chatkazz - Street style Indian restaurant. King Vegetarian - Veg Chinese all the restaurants down in Norwood by the pond - all great.

Good Place with clean air and water.

Good Place with clean air and water. We can walk many places which helps physically fit . Castle hill shopping mall and Metro are interconnected. The Bus station is in front of the Metro and Castle Mall. Well connected to other suburbs. Everything is available in the shopping mall.

The pleasant grounds, Abundance space for parking. Spacious rooms with pleasant decor. Dining facilities available. All good. The dining was high quality, both bar menu and dining room menu. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

We were visiting friends from when we lived in the area...

We were visiting friends from when we lived in the area nearly 30 years ago, so it was like a homecoming, but far too short. Would love to revisit with more time to explore and take in the huge changes taking place in this part of Sydney. There is excellent public transport available including the new Metro Northwest.

Complete privacy for two couples on a get away for the weekend for a show at the Castlehill RSL then relaxation and home cooked meals. Castlehill Towers and Northwest shopping centre as well as Bowling Ally just down the road. Lots of places to visit for entertainment.

We needed a place to stay around the Castle Hill area and this was perfect. However, it may not work for everyone as it is in the middle of an industrial area. We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which worked well for us too. Staff at the front desk were all lovely, and the free parking was easy to access and there were always spots available. I had read reviews that it was really run down and was expecting a disastrous place, but was pleasantly surprised - definitely not new, but overall comfortable.
