The hotel staff had 5 star level customer service, super friendly and helpful. They even showed us the facilities provided such as the gym, steam room and the pool. The room itself was large, spacious, and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Power points on either side of the bed was also nice! The bathroom was also huge and the water pressure was great. The balcony had outdoor seating which was nice. We particularly enjoyed the ice machine, filtered water station and the vending machine. It was a nice added touch and definitely came useful for a 3am redbull treat. The hotel is in a great location. Close to the train station, restaurants and fast food joints, and is much quieter then staying anywhere in Sydney. Would highly recommend staying here!!!

The place and the people who run it are amazing! The couple who own the house are very friendly and really made sure we had a good time. We found out that when we stayed we were the only ones. This created an atmosphere of quietness and rest. The breakfast, the pool and the rooms are amazing. We also watched a movie on their big projector-cinema. We basically had the whole house to ourselves! It was also fun to have one pair of their parents over. The elderly mother was really sweet and showed us the house and made us good food. Although the parents don’t speak English very well, we still managed to have some talks and fun. And of course we cannot forget to mention Oka, their very cuddly small dog! Thanks a lot Emma and Mark for your good care!

After having lived/ worked in campbelltown for approx 30 years I soon realised why I finally had the opportunity to leave this depressing city. Even a short visit on business made me realize why i left.... !!!

Do not stay here it does not matter if it is cheap spend...

Do not stay here it does not matter if it is cheap spend another $30 and go somewhere else. Room smelt like a toilet, the bed was so old it looked like someone was still sleeping in it as it was so saggy. No milk for a cuppa, no glass for a glass of water, no face washer to wash yourself with and the heating and cooling well I didn't want to turn on the air con as I thought it might fall out the window. The bed was so bad we left at 4.30am in the morning as we could not sleep so thought lets get on the road.

The Rydges has a high standard of customer service, and their rooms are welcoming both with the amenities in the room and on site. Close to the town of Campbelltown and Macarthur Square for shopping and close to the Campbelltown Hospital if visiting. I would recommend this Hotel is staying in Campbelltown you will not be disappointed.

I love staying at Campbelltown it is so easy to get around to different 🛒 centres by train there are also plenty of places you can eat around Campbelltown I absolutely love Harry's they have amazing food at reasonable prices

It was a good stay, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The room had a very small fridge and no microwave and this made it harder for me to manage food issues relating to my husband's illness.

Convenient for Campbelltown and Leumeah stations. We arrived on the train from Canberra and then got an Uber to the place. The next day when we were heading into Sydney it was a short 10 minute walk to Leumeah station. That train also goes through Sydney airport station so it was convenient for us the next day when we were flying out of there. There are several eateries in the local area, though not of the 'fine dining' sort!

This is where I prefer to stay when in Campbelltown and we stay here often. Staff and amenities are very good - underground parking a bonus. Can have meals here - we have breakfast - buffet style Always enjoy a stay here
