It was so clean and well maintained 😊 I loved the location, walking distance to shops , beach , cafes . It had insect screens on windows which meant that you could leave windows open to let fresh air through , allowing it to remain cool

The entrance with complimentary drinks, friendly helpful staff, the pool and slide. Our 3 bedroom room with balcony and ocean views brilliant. I also enjoyed the city lights from the upstairs room. Just amazing. We enjoyed the BBQ, kakyas, beach, Caloundra market, fishing and the sooo hot spa with a Jimmy !! Sooo recommend this resort and restaurant across entrance drive. Will be back for sure!!

Comfy beds, spacious room and bathroom. Kids loved the pool and dinner at the hotel was great, you get a discount if you’re a hotel guest and the family friendly atmosphere was very welcoming. Staff were super lovely and accommodating. Excellent value for money.

The city centre is reasonably compact so shopping the beach etc are close. It is not far to other beachside locations - Maroochy, Mooloolaba, Noosa, plus Australia, Zoo. There are several good surf beaches, with good facilities for families, dog walking, and picnics The streets are very hilly with frequent name changes 'mid-stream'.

It's a beautiful location with lots of cafes, lovely walks and stunning beaches. The water inside the bar is very safe especially for little children. If you want more excitement in the water you have the option of the ocean on the other side of the bar.

I love that Kings Beach at Caloundra is very compact, there is a lovely promenade that you can walk along that takes you to Bulcock beach and into the main street of Caloundra if you're up for the walk. Kings Beach and local cafes and restaurants were literally on our door step. There's heaps of footpaths that you can walk, run, jog, or cycle along in both directions. It's a wonderful place to visit, and it's one of favourite places to hang out for a few days of rest and relaxation.

Caloundra is a family friendly safe place to holiday, relax and unwind. The shops are as good (if not better) than the city and the beaches are top notch. And there are plenty of options for great food too.

There is something for everyone in Caloundra - from the...

There is something for everyone in Caloundra - from the upmarket Sunday street markets and the shops all in the main street (Bullock St0 to the Moffat Beach Brewery, the Air Museum, the miles of beaches, tracks to walk and the eateries. Our favorite restaurant was the Chinese Holiday Restaurant (108 Bulcock St) with same owners since 1982. The food was sumptuous and you get a decent plate full - value for money *****.

Lovely unspoilt beaches. Great for families. Has everything for a relaxing holiday if you just want to laze on the beach, walk along the board walk or go to markets. Close access to Montville and Maleny for day trips. It still has that small town feeling.

The unit had a fantastic view over Bribie Island and of the Caloundra lights at night. The pool is good although the weather was starting to cool when we were there. From our balcony we were able to see the ships coming and going from Brisbane Port. It was a short walk to the Golden Beach shops were we were able to get our groceries.

The fact that I booked at last minute during school holidays and we all enjoyed a couple of nights by the beach was very much appreciated by my family.

It was a very neat & clean room, very close to the centre of Caloundra and ideal for a one night stay. We were up from Brisbane to see a show and it fit the bill perfectly. Next door to the pub so we had our meal there before heading out. Reasonably priced, we would stay here again.
