The cabin was perfect for our family, the kids were happy in the bunk beds and it was handy to have a toilet in the cabin with the main (private) bathroom facilities being located just outside the door. The washer and dryer were handy to freshen up the kids swimmers ready for a dip in the onsite pool each day (bring your own beach towels), and the table tennis in the games room were a hit! Having the local shop just across the road was fantastic so we could buy breakfast supplies and also order fish and chips for dinner. The location was a perfect base for travelling around the area. I didn't take any photos inside the cabin but it was modern and clean.

Very relaxing, nice and quiet, very clean and comfy. Dogs loved the spacious garden and there was a pretty wooded area in front of the house with a walk through the middle. More than we would usually pay but worth it 😊 A parade of shops five minutes away was easy to walk to, there was an IGA bottle shop and chemist. Close to main centre and activities.

Easy commute from Perth, excellent for a small sized family and pet friendly gets it five stars ⭐️. We went to Busselton beach and just stayed there For breakfast The good Egg and poppy and pip cafe. Nice walkway around the shops and relaxing straight upto the beach . We were lucky to get Christmas concert !! Great party for kids and pets !!

Great location to set up a base for seeing the area, easy to...

Great location to set up a base for seeing the area, easy to get to Busselton town centre and the famous jetty (3km away) or travel to Margaret River from here. We have stayed in this holiday park before and will continue to come back when visiting the area. The shop is across the road so it's easy to get breakfast supplies or visit the chemist - we ordered fish and chips the first night. On this trip we visited the Busselton Jetty and the Sunflower Animal Farm with the kids and they had a ball. They especially enjoyed the onsite pool!

Broadwater is close to many facilities but also away enough...

Broadwater is close to many facilities but also away enough to create a sense of escape. Our peaceful villa was extremely comfortable and well resourced. The villa complex is well laid out and has good facilities. The beach is very accessible and not too busy. A definite 'must return' location.

Comfortable little cabin with everything you need for a wonderful family get away. Comfortable beds and pillows, incredibly clean, private and just a short wander to the most perfect beach. Pool, tennis court, table tennis, basketball, huge playground, family friendly accomodation. Would definitely stay again!

The location is central for sightseeing and there is a lovely calm beach less than a block away. Facilities in the park and cabin were good. Very quiet. It was handy having a little supermarket across the street.
