Great hospitality and very responsive. Rooms were spacious and very homely. Bed are comfortable. The breakfast room was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the resident bandicoot was gorgeous too.

Great place to stay with everything you need in the accommodation. Compact budget priced room /unit but ideal for travellers passing through for a few nights . Only problem for us was road noise but we are light sleepers

This property is conveniently located 10 mins nth on manjimup, just off the highway. the home is very homely with many great facilities....all bathrooms are shared, there are 2. there is a big kitchen which has everything you need to cook a meal. tea and coffee is complimentary. there are many homely touches, much more than "just a room". the host is friendly and helpful. i cannot recommend this accomodation highly enough.
