We rode from Yea to Mansfield on the Rail Trail and stayed at the Delatite Hotel overnight before riding back. When we arrived we received a friendly greeting from the Manager who couldn’t have been better during our pre dinner drinks, dinner and stay. The accommodation is very comfortable and very clean in an older style hotel with shared bathrooms. The dinner was excellent, perfectly cooked porterhouse steaks and a local Delatite Shiraz. The wine list is good. We locked our bikes up in the bike store which is in an area that is secured at night. Will definitely stay again when we do the ride again.

Our stay at Daisy Hill Lodge was exceptional. The location is so serene, perfect for us to have a memorable weekend retreat. It was just less than an hour drive to Mt Buller and close to a hotel/bottleshop. The three bedroom lodge comfortably accomodated our group with a large game room and a bar. We enjoyed star gazing and chasing the milky way at the hilltop. The hosts Steve and Debby were very welcoming and warm ensuring our stay was memorable. We highly recommend it for families and groups seeking a peaceful retreat.

Spacious well presented house. Not far from Bonnie Doon. Plenty of driveway if you have a boat on the back. Very pretty location, lots of wildlife. Huge outdoor area and fire pit area. Would definitely stay again.
