MalaysiaVery beautiful cottage surrounded by farm, we can walk around the cottage to interact with the farm animal. The owners' dog, Jackie and Charlie was so friendly. Its easy to interact with Robyn, she explains all the detail on how to go to the cottage. We also asked for early check in just to dropped off our luggage before going to mount buller, she easily cartered with our request. Very nice cottage with all the heated mattress, had a very nice deep sleep.

The Corner Hotel and On Point Brewery were fabulous.
The Corner Hotel and On Point Brewery were fabulous. There are heaps of shops nearby for grocery needs, and plenty of cafes. It's pretty darn close to the rail trailhead and taking the rail trail there is worth the moderate climbs for the incredible views. All the locals we met were so lovely. We loved our stay and look forward to returning asap.

Alexandra is a nice quit place surrounded by hills and has good size parks, restaurants and shopping.
We stayed in Corner Hotel which was good enough with all the amenities.
We had dinner here, which was really good. Nice menu to choose from.
We had lunch at the Alexandra hotel which was awesome.

Second time I've stay at the corner hotel and eaten at there...
Second time I've stay at the corner hotel and eaten at there restaurant there famous Parma's where dry and over cooked. Ordered a chicken dish with salad someone needs to tell the chief that a salad is not leaves with a dressing. A friend ordered the roast which they run out of but didn't inform them with another choice just substituted the meal.

Alexandra is a lovely Victorian country town - not too big, not too small.
It's a great launching place for exploring the region - wineries, rail trail, boating, fishing, camping, bike riding - all good outdoor stuff..
There are food and accomodation options to suit all budgets
The staff I met at the places I visited - supermarket, hotel and motor inn, local shops - were all very friendly and helpful.
I felt welcome in Alexandra and look forward to returning to explore further.

It is one of the nicer motels I have stayed at, clean,secure,close to town,and a bonus! secure back glass and screen doors opening out to a beautiful grassed area with a swimming pool and BBQ's,fabulous.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend away at this farmstay. Close to Alexandra and the rail trail but felt very rural and a great escape from the city. Our kids loved the friendly goats, table tennis and board games. The 3 bedroom house had plenty of room for our family of 5 and the beds were super comfortable. The host Neri was responsive and welcoming.

A lovely, very well appointed country house beautifully divided into a series of private Hotel rooms with a common hallway and lounge with set open fire, comfortable lounge, table and variety of books, games etc. Some interesting and tasteful artwork and decoration in room. Comfortable lounge chair and bed. Good bathroom. Pleasant garden setting.

It’s a great hotel right on the corner of the main road in town. The bed is super comfy and the bath is ideal for a soak after a few days away. The porch is a lovely place to sit and have an after dinner drink upstairs.
