Great staff - the owner welcomes every guest herself. The standards are high plus really nice breakfasts with delicious bakery products, which is not always the case in other places we've been to. We stayed in the Altes Kloster for a family break. The hotel was really comfortable and clean. The check in process was very simple and the staff were really friendly. The location is perfect if travelling to Bratislavia or Vienna. The room was huge and really comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I stayed in for a long time based on the price paid.
