This is a stunning place, the best view imaginable from the room. We were also lucky with the weather and the view stretched for miles. The staff member who checked us in on September 13th said we had the best view from our room, and it was absolutely right. Kudos to the hotel for that. We were traveling with a four-month-old baby and really loved it. As he gets older, we'd love to explore the surrounding trails. We had a two-room suite, it was huge and clean, and the dinner was excellent.

Perfect, piece of heaven in the mountains. We were treated amazingly by the hosts. Thank you so much for the hospitality and very delicious local cuisine. We loved everything about this hotel! It is modern, but with a nice touch of rustic details typical of the area. Both the room and the bathroom were very spacious, functional and comfortable (bed was really comfortable). Our room was overlooking the ski slopes, which was a nice bonus. The hotel has a spa area (a small pool with two types of saunas and a jacuzzi) which is not very big, but totally enough. We loved the food which was of great variety (both breakfast and dinner), and really beautifully prepared. The entire staff was great - at the restaurant, the cleaning ladies, people at the reception - everyone was so friendly and nice, the atmosphere at the restaurant is truly perfect:. Probably the most important thing about this hotel is it's location at the very start of 3 major ski lifts - you practically exit the hotel and hop on the ski lift. At the same time, you can ski down the 2 slopes directly to the hotel. If you are coming to Zell am See to ski or hike, this is the best hotel option by far.

Beautiful lake with a nice 11 km path around it, we had very good early December weather, this might not be the experience of everybody. The city of Zell am See is very small, only two proper grocery stores, two tiny Christmas markets. With the addition of busses (free of charge with the mandatory tourist pass) one can get around the city and neighboring area easily provided you take the trouble of scheduling. There were lots of restaurants with fairly priced offerings, although we did not dine in the city. We did not take this opportunity to go skiing in the mountains, in hindsight this was a mistake.

Great location and view of the lake, but wished we had booked a room with a balcony and view. Room and facilities were very clean. A bit impersonal as there was no staff in the evening but overall great stay.

An excellent place to visit. Beautiful scenery. Loads to see and do. Lovely food. Would advise when booking accommodation that you book somewhere that includes the summer card as this gives you free access to all the gondolas in the area and free travel on local buses and trains plus discounted entry to many activities and saves you a lot of money.

You can see a lot of facilities with the summer card. A lot to do for families ( hiking, cycling, rafting, bathing, swimming, sightseeing,visiting museums ). The food and drinks in restaurants are expensive, so it’s better to have food included in the hotel price or buy it in the store.

It's the right midpoint between the regions of Leogang and...

It's the right midpoint between the regions of Leogang and Saalbach-Hinterglemm, if you are into mountain biking, and the Grosser Donnerkogel, if you are into via ferratas. Being in Zell am See gave us the possibility to do multiple things withing a 1h driving radius.

Our room was neat and clean. It had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to also have empty lunch boxes in the fridge for people who want to do picnic. Room itself was of decent size. The staff was super nice and smiling. We also got a thank you for stay salt sample at the check out which was nice. Very cute 'Honesty Shop' in the hotel from where you can buy groceries, eggs etc, very convenient in case someone needs something urgently. 5 min walk to the lake.. 10 min drive to the Zell Am see city centre.

Was a proper hotel with all facilities. Cleaning and arranging the room every day. Buffet breakfast and dinner if you choose for it. Good food options for both. Ski rental place included, kids ski school represented next to reception very convenient to arrange it. Located next to gondolas taking you up till 1900m out of max 2000m. Also the ski school taking place in same area even closer to hotel. I consider this a bit better than locations in Zell am See center.

Super cute hotel with very friendly staff always willing to help with everything we needed. The family room we stayed at was huge and fully renovated. The location is very convenient right at the center of Zell Am See and only 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The breakfast was very good with many options available and the hotel restaurant was very good as well. The pool even small was super fun for our daughter and the sauna a very nice extra.

Excellent location, beautiful view. Apartment was clean, big and with all neccesarly stuff. For longer stay it would be great to have a washing machine. We went to this place for skiing so location was in point! Skibuses near by. Good restaurant with view on the lake. Nearby to shops etc. For sure we will be back there! Ps. Ms Nina - wonderful woman.
