The hotel is a very classy one, Austrian style, elegant and cozy. All worked fairly well. We were able to occupying the room much earlier than check in time. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds.

Excellent accommodation with all needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to center of the town. Parking place in the garage must be reserved in advance and paid however we were very pleased with this. Breakfast was great. The receptionist lady very welcoming and great with advice about an evening meal - we choose a traditional Austrian restaurant Gruener Baum - lively spot with nice beer.

The location is absolutely beautiful and only a one-minute walk from the ski lift, which is perfect. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the rooms are spotless and well maintained, and the beds are very comfortable. We booked half board, and it exceeded all our expectations. The food selection and quality were absolutely outstanding. My wife has both gluten and lactose intolerance, and she had plenty of options to choose from without having to skip any meals. The restaurant manager was extremely attentive and made sure that the meals were suitable for our dietary needs. The waitstaff were also incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. We were very satisfied with all the services we received and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone. We would gladly return in the future.

Beautiful lake with a nice 11 km path around it, we had very good early December weather, this might not be the experience of everybody. The city of Zell am See is very small, only two proper grocery stores, two tiny Christmas markets. With the addition of busses (free of charge with the mandatory tourist pass) one can get around the city and neighboring area easily provided you take the trouble of scheduling. There were lots of restaurants with fairly priced offerings, although we did not dine in the city. We did not take this opportunity to go skiing in the mountains, in hindsight this was a mistake.

Great location and view of the lake, but wished we had booked a room with a balcony and view. Room and facilities were very clean. A bit impersonal as there was no staff in the evening but overall great stay.

An excellent place to visit. Beautiful scenery.

An excellent place to visit. Beautiful scenery. Loads to see and do. Lovely food. Would advise when booking accommodation that you book somewhere that includes the summer card as this gives you free access to all the gondolas in the area and free travel on local buses and trains plus discounted entry to many activities and saves you a lot of money.

You can see a lot of facilities with the summer card. A lot to do for families ( hiking, cycling, rafting, bathing, swimming, sightseeing,visiting museums ). The food and drinks in restaurants are expensive, so it’s better to have food included in the hotel price or buy it in the store.

It's the right midpoint between the regions of Leogang and...

It's the right midpoint between the regions of Leogang and Saalbach-Hinterglemm, if you are into mountain biking, and the Grosser Donnerkogel, if you are into via ferratas. Being in Zell am See gave us the possibility to do multiple things withing a 1h driving radius.

The staff really went above and beyond, they were all so helpful and friendly especially Florian, Monika and Laura. The accommodation was very clean and the rooms comfortable having just been refurbished. Breakfast was good and the outdoor pool and spa area were excellent. Location was perfect and the parking was great. My wife and I had a great time and will be back soon. The hotel is very well situated for the beautiful town of Zell am See and surrounding area.

It was not just a stay, really feeling home. Eva and Stefan (property management) are cooperative, helpful and so kind. Well equipped apartment , all facilities are in good conditions. Location is perfect, in the city centre and on the lake along with mountain view, close to train station and to bus station. Zell Am See is so beautiful to travel to, adding SKI-N-LAKE apartment makes travel wonderful, adding management (Eva & Stefan) makes travel fabulous.

Comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Ski / boot room warm. Just over 300m to Ariet gondola. Ski bus stops just outside for Kaprun or Zell Am See on the lake. Bus depot is 250m from hotel where Line 260 bus departs to Salzburg airport. Zell Am Zee is a very pleasant town to stroll around with loads of restaurants and cafes.

An old but cosy hotel in the middle of Zell am See. The bunk bed for the kids looked nice and was very comfy. The mattresses in other beds were very good. The room was very clean, breakfast very good. The hotel is located within walking distance to the City Express ski lift.
