Staff, facilities, location and food were fantastic. Both Alex's were very accommodating. Food prepared by the gregarious and friendly Alex was delicious and made with heart. Room was very clean and views of the lake were exceptional. Would visit again. Accessing to town is very quick, either by walking (10 minutes) or via the hotel staff which takes 2 minutes. Highly recommended.

Location couldn't be any better, hiking paradise. The whole check-in process is smooth and fast and the staff was awesome. Breakfasts were very big and rich - just what you need for a hiking day ahead 😉. Also the whole hotel is very nicely decorated, gives high-end vibes with mountain hut foundation 😁.

The hotel provided a great setting for our vacation. The management takes care of the details in all services. The interior design solutions are cozy. In addition to the balcony, a nice terrace is available to sit out. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection, I highlight cold meats and cheeses from local producers. We dined a la carte, we can say the best about the quality of the food, the presentation and the polite, friendly service. We were also satisfied with the sophisticated spa facilities. We appreciated the fact that the best hiking routes are accessible by bus and train, even though we arrived at the hotel by car, we didn't have to leave the garage. (We saw traffic jams in the morning and evening on the roads leading out of the city.)

Cozy place, two spacious bedrooms, little terrace. Two pools are included in the price - indoor and outdoor. Free of charge covered garage, comfortable bed, very satisfying breakfast. Perfect, piece of heaven in the mountains. We were treated amazingly by the hosts. Thank you so much for the hospitality and very delicious local cuisine. Watching Alm wildlife from the terrace was so relaxing and walkable to lots of hikes. We would love to return in future, our family all thought the same!

I like the location and hospitality of the hotel team. After arrival, we were greeted with drinks and while drinking the wonderful lady came to us, and we filled up our details. The Complementary Summer Card covered everything around the area including cable car, boat ride, bus and train. Amazing breakfast. Private parking facility available and 7 minutes walk to the lake. From our balcony we had the lake and Mountain View both . Last but not in the list I wake up from sleep hearing bell from the cow who are grassing on the Alps.

The hotel was very clean, silent, not too high up to hills, so it was fine to reach from the train station with luggage. The breakfast was really really good. The staff was great and there were free drinks being offered on the room and downstairs.

The staff were lovely and helpful, the room had everything you needed and the location just perfect. One of the rooms we had, the double bed was two single beds joined together which is absolutely fine and very common, the mattresses in our room just didnt want to stay put or stay together and they kept splitting or shifting whenever you moved around but it’s not a deal breaker as we only stayed one night.
