We stayed in the apartment part of the accommodation, which is brand new. There’s an elevator to the rooms, and everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is amazing! There are lots of hiking trails nearby, and also many other places to see in the area. Breakfast was tasty and enough for a good start to the day. The owner and staff were very kind and helpful. They often asked if we needed anything, which we really appreciated. I definitely recommend this place!

The room was beautiful and clean. I appreciate the rich breakfast, including eggs served in different ways. The wellness area with a terrace overlooking the surrounding mountains was also amazing.

Etmissl was a lovely small village to stay in. The people there were all very friendly. We got lucky and stumbled upon a Maypole celebration that was incredible to watch. The meals in the restaurant were spectacular (e.g. wild garlic ravioli with morel mushrooms in a cream sauce or the lake trout on a bed of stinging nettle risotto). We ate there twice in two days. And one of the owners made a point of coming over to us during the Maypole celebration to explain what the tradition was all about for them.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely helpful – we arrived on motorcycles and he kindly offered us the option to park in the garage, which we really appreciated ❤️. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it met all our expectations. Breakfast was tasty and the staff were smiling and friendly. Overall, this accommodation offers good value for money. The location is excellent – very close to Mariazell yet still peaceful. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place to stay in this area.

Was surprised by the installations, the indoor amenities (like tennis and football courts and a huge kids play area) and the spacious and comfortable room, with a balcony to the inner garden.

Very friendly staff, very clean hotel everywhere, comfortable ski-room. Amazing window view, good breakfast and dinner. Bar is available with decent choice of drinks and short number of snacks. Plenty to do with kids. Very warm room.
