It’s positioned a perfect location for access to skiing facilities. The staff, all the staff were wonderful, caring accommodating and genuinely nice people. The hotel is well equipped - spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were well thought out, set up with quality furniture and the most comfortable beds you could find.

The atmosphere in the hotel was really great. The restaurant was really great as for breakfast but even better for the dinner. We really appreciated spa with pool and sauna. We even tried some massage procedure and it was really great.

A super hotel with a unique and modern exterior and interior design (not the traditional Austrian one), we had a great time. An ideal place for hiking in the summer or skiing in the winter, it is in a beautiful environment! Its food is also extraordinary, with a generous breakfast and fine dining dinner. Its coffee is the best I've ever had in Austria so far, Italian-style espresso coffee was finally available. The staff should also be highlighted: they are very polite, friendly, helpful and always smiling! We will definitely be back!

We didn't eat out much as accomodation had a very well equipped kitchen. Public transport was punctual and free with a Sommer Card provided by our hosts. All lift passes that we used were free also. The only cost was a booking fee for getting up to the Schladming Galcier. (PREPARE TO QUE FOR THIS ONE). Be aware that shops are closed for religious holidays etc.

Schladming is not interesting place, but the surroundings -...

Schladming is not interesting place, but the surroundings - yes. You can find a lot of attractions like ferrara, wander wegs, cycle routes, even rafting and places obligatory to visit: Dachstein Glacier, Planai, Reiter Alm (all supported by lifts). There are some places from the category "must see" like Riesach waterfall or Silberkar Gorge.

I enjoyed the area but it was hard to find information about...

I enjoyed the area but it was hard to find information about ski schools or guides online. We had some beginners with us and they were unable to ski the icier slopes at the bottom of the hill. I would have signed up for a guide/instructor for them if I was able to get more information. Also need more non ski activities in the area. We went to the Dachstein Glacier area and it was stunning!

We liked the helpful staff and comfortable room with a balcony and a view of the mountains. The weather was bad but the staff gave us ideas about where to walk. A comfortable sitting room with a fire would have made it even better.

A wonderful family resort in the east of the alps.

A wonderful family resort in the east of the alps. Great for beginners. Lots of blue & red runs. Great night time sledging. Loads of restaurants on the mountains with very friendly service. Big portions but not cheap but then ahow me a skiing resort that is. Much cheaper than france and Switzerland and italy.

Ski area consist of 4 hills to 1.800m, so everyone can find the slope which is fitting to him. On the hills, there was a pretty lot of restaurants or bars. There was a free parking place to leave a care in and drive with the lift directly to the entrance. When parking outside, you can put your skies on and by the snow go directly to the entrance to buy a tickets. Parking place was on asphalt so no dirt. The Schladming city is small but you can find there a restaurant for a quick dinner.

A very nice and modern apartment, around 200m from two major ski lifts. Perfect place if you are going to Schladming to ski and you like comfort and strategic location. We go the smallest apartment on the ground floor but it came with heated floors, a super well-equipped kitchen, two massive TVs, and a great view that helped us wake up early and enjoy our stay there. Oh and we good a parking spot in the building as well as a closed ski locker.

Cosy room, comfortable beds, everything was very clean. There are two big parking lots available, so you can choose where to park. Kind staff. Beautiful view from the hotel as it stands on the hill, charming restautant outside with the view to the town and ski slopes. Cca. 5-minute drive to the town centre. If you arrive after 5 pm (the reception desk closes at 5), let them know, so you will get the instructions about getting the key.

Very nice place on great location near Schladming centre. Only 5 min drive to skilift. Parking directly next house with snow protection. Boots dryer available. Appartment was very good equipted, clean and comfortable… nothing missing. Hopefully we will have opportunity to come again👍.

Beautiful apartment within a few minutes of numerous Schladming ski lifts. All the key kitchen amenities and good sized bathroom too. We loved it! Parking right in front of the building and the ski bus is 30m from the front door. Perfect. We would say again!
